Unresponsive and unprofessional company
We were customer to this company for a few years. Last year was the worst.
- We purchased annual license for 7 Atlassian products from this company as usual.
- Made a quote and purchase order with 10% discount. (Great! but...)
- We paid for it, at least the finance department made the payment.
- The renewal did not come after a month.
- We have to call and pest them to follow up with the renewal.
- The licenses finally came, but it came without Crowd's license.
- Complained to them again and they never responded.
- And that was last year.
With these unprofessional customer service, it did not justify a 10% discount. I rather recommend other Atlassian partners who do not provide discounts but do a better job at serving their customers. Translucent.dk is utter crap.
Steer away from Translucent.dk as Atlassian partner. Use Praqma!
