I can’t say enough good things about The Small Dog Store!! For Christmas, a close friend-couple gifted me a custom shirt with my Chihuahua’s (Ginger... aka Gin-Gin) picture and her name on it. It was one of my favorite gifts! So much so, that on Christmas I put it on to show it off... Unfortunately, I ruined it in the most ridiculous way possible (menudo involved… long story, lol). I was honestly embarrassed, sad, and upset with myself... I definitely didn't want to tell my friends what happened. I reached out to The Small Dog Store hoping they might be able to recreate it exactly the same. They didn’t just say “sure.” They went above and beyond 😁. They tracked down the original order, found the exact cropping and design specifications that were used, and reassured me they could reproduce it perfectly. They were kind, responsive, and even had a sense of humor about the situation. The replacement came out exactly like the original. Same layout, same design, same everything... less the menudo stains, heh. In a world where customer service can feel automated and impersonal, this felt thoughtful and human. If you’re considering ordering a custom pet shirt, do it. The quality is great, but the customer care is what really stands out.
