Since working with empowerment club I’ve stripped that back and developed my knowledge around diet and exercise. Wished I’d joined sooner!

Amazing
I can’t thank Abi enough for the support she's given me with trying to get back on track with eating healthier. Before I started, I didn't realise how much I was under-eating or overeating the wrong types of food. With Abi’s help, I've gained a greater understanding of what my body needs, depending on where I am in my cycle, in order for my body and mind to feel amazing.
Abi took the time to get to know me and, through tracking my food, found out what I liked and what my body didn’t always agree with, to tailor specific meals for me. Before this journey, I wasn't great at creating meals to ensure I hit my daily macros. The knowledge I've now gained has allowed me to put healthy habits in place to get the most out of my gym training and feel good within myself.

Weight loss without major life impacts
I’ve been training with Abi nearly 3 months during which I’ve enjoyed normal Xmas eating out with friends, been abroad on holiday, poorly and very busy with work. Despite all that I’ve still managed to lose weight on the program which I’ve failed to when trying on my own the past few years through random searches. The accountability having a PT and nutrition knowledge gained from the program is invaluable. I’d recommend investing in your health which will ultimately affect your confidence and self esteem.

Supportive through so many health issues
Abi is amazing, knowledgeable and -perhaps most importantly- compassionate in her work.
I am a full time working mom of 2 with ALL the health issues.
Abi had to accommodate and support me through hip impingement, wrist tendonitis, pelvic organ prolapse, eating disorder, IBS, chronic gastritis, SIBO and what I now found out were adeno/endo flare-ups.
She always gave me the dietary and workout modifications I needed and helped me celebrate my wins that might not always have been as "impressive" as an 24398293 kg deadlift but they meant the world to me (a few examples: not binging on my kids' Halloween candy or not comparing myself with what others can do and showing me I can make progress for ME that works for my limitations).

Abi is so amazing
Abi is so amazing! I have learnt more than I could have imagined about overall health, nutrition, rest, gym form and how to manage it all while having a busy life.
I have more confidence in the gym and I am able to plan my workouts whereas before I did not have a clue and would have gym anxiety about what to do.
Thanks so much Abi I would recommend to anyone. I loved the running club/ photoshoot days and met so many lovely girls while on this plan.

Deciding to start pt'ing with Abi was probably one of the best decisions I've ever made. Not only have I gone from doing strictly home workouts due to having no gym confidence to comfortably going to the gym 3/4 times a week, but my relationship with food and my body has never been better. Abi is so lovely and encouraging and programmes really interesting workouts which feel super effective. Abi is also really supportive and has got me through numerous weight gain wobbles which has helped me to develop a new mindset towards my body/exercise/food. Working with Abi for over 7 months has been an incredible journey. Not only have I gained valuable knowledge and met my goal with Abi, I have gained a great friendship.
I wanted a tailored programme to meet my goal of building muscle but in a way that works for me and is enjoyable for me.
I wanted to improve my habits and mindset towards exercise and nutrition and Abi has all the techniques to help you create those habits. Her apps, her workouts and programmes are all very accessible. Abi focuses on teaching you the skills to leading a healthy lifestyle and the workouts and nutrition alongside the goal you want to achieve. She teaches you so that you are confident enough to do this independently. A great journey it has been!
