I love the recipes and looking forward to shopping and cooking them. Seems like a diet I can stick to. However I am advised by my doctor not to use any faux sugar/sweetening products like stevia or... See more

What a CON.I signed up for three month Keto Way plan, with rave reviews, thinking I was buying the plan that is actually called 'Last Diet' which is an actual book for another £60, that they tempt you with AFTER you signed up for Keto Way which is just a bunch of average 'Anyone could think of this and omit bread' recipes. Actually disgusted. I did have the foresight to cancel the subscription which would renew FULL PRICE, if you don't contact Keto Way customer services, outside of cancelling the payment, VERY IMPORTANT TO EMAIL THEM 'I WANT TO CANCEL!'. I'll email to request the payment of around £30 tomorrow. This was a truly misleading Facebook advertisement and I'll be reporting it. I would have purchased the book alone for £30 without the stupid app. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT, this is truly a con and a half.

Reel you in via social media ads catch you with a 1 month trial that isn't free then go on to use fraudulent "subscription traps" that you are totally unaware of. After all 1 month trial is and should be exactly that !! But no they tie you in and have taken a further £39.98 which they refuse to refund. So nearly £55 for a plan that I've never even looked at as its totally useless. Total scammers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Signed up yesterday and found it a struggle already to find what I am and am not allowed to drink especially. So tried to cancel. No refund will be given so am not happy with this product and service. I thought there would be a search engine to look for products. Do not use

Subscribed for 7 days and cancelled on their app using their cancellation procedure and they took a further 1 months subscription. Refused to refund stating I didn’t cancel before the renewal. Sent numerous emails. They are clearly out to scam subscribers, do not bother just go and buy a book. Terrible company should not be allowed to trade or have any online payment system as they do not adhere to online payment policies. Avoid!!!!
