I’ve had a very positive experience using TradeZella. The platform is smooth, easy to navigate, and very well designed for traders who want to track and improve their performance.

One of the things I appreciate most is the live chat support. Whenever I had questions or needed help, the team responded quickly and did their best to guide me properly. The support feels genuine and helpful, not automated or rushed.

TradeZella has truly helped me identify mistakes in my trading — especially recurring errors in execution and risk management. By reviewing my trades and analyzing my data, I’ve been able to spot patterns I didn’t notice before. I’m still improving, but the platform has definitely made a difference in my trading journey.

Best tool for journalise provides every single tool we need for success and the quality of education is also top notch.

I used the TradeZella platform a few years ago and had no issues with it, I just thought I didn't need the extra cost at the time, so I unsubscribed until recently. I actually tried a couple competitors out first before I came back to TradeZella. It's just so much more intuitive than the other ones I had tested. A lot of forced bells and whistles on a few other journals that I didn't care for and a lot of time wasted trying to simplify the tools provided by them. Above all I've really enjoyed the ease of use.

Marl Help me a lot with my problem. The data showed was incorrect, the sync didnt work properly. but now it works very well. Thanks a lot.

Great trading software.
TradeZella offers a unique trading journaling experience and trade process review. Its a perfect tool to review all aspects of one's trading experience. Its got a solid back-testing tool, daily weekly journaling tool, all trades can be tagged and categorized. Makes analyzing trades and trading so simple and easy. Highly recommend Tradezella.

Just recently got tradezella and so far everything has been great! I had to contact support for an issue and they replied very fast and the one who assisted me was Kevin. Kevin was amazing and went above and beyond ! Already loving everything of tradezella

Best Journaling experience ever!

The tool is great for journaling and reviewing trades long term. It also gives you very good backtesting capabilities. I'd say its a must for every trader!

Support is also superb. I discovered a bug once which was then fixed quickly while I was kept in the loop.
Another support occassion was that I wanted to apply a voucher which failed - but the support then gave me the money back without hesistation even after paymetn and even applied the same voucher for the following years subscription. Just awesome customer service!

-1 Point is this lacks AI integration for automated journal reviews. Hope this will be delivered soon.

Good friendly customer service with Kevin!

They have excellent customer service. They helped me through solving the problem, it took some back and forth, but they stayed on top of the matter and were very prompt. When we thought the matter was solved, I had a couple of more issues and they continued to be prompt and help get through the issues until they were completely resolved. Technology can be really frustrating especially when you don't know what you're doing and you have in person help, but Tradezella made the experience much better with their patience and kindness.

Marl was really nice and was able to help me resolve my issues. I was really frustrated at first but he was patient with me and got me going. He totally made my day with just how understanding and his willingness to help me. Thanks again Marl!

I have been using Tradezella for three years and I had an issue with my payment and not only was I given a refund for the inconvenience but I was given a discount code for 3 months automatically applied to my subscription for compensation. Shout out to Marl for helping me with my payment issue. Highly recommend journaling with this platform, this is the only issue I had in the last three years as well.

My only regret with TradeZella is that I didn't start using it years ago. I'm only three days is and totally amazed at the clarity it's bringing to my behavior. Plus, I'm a nerd, so more data is awesome. Also, Kathleen in customer support is a LEGEND. Bravo!
