Overall a great Journaling/Backtesting Platform, Kevin was also a great help!

I had my Trade Zella subscription renewed on accident. Reached out to support and they gave me a full refund. I left Trade Zella because I was not using it to its fullest capabilities. But, if I was to recommend a journaling service Trade Zella would always be #1 on my list because of their top tier service.

If my current journal software does not perform as well, Trade Zella will be the software I return too.

I have just started trading for 1 year, after a few massive losses, I decided that I need to invest in a good journalling website that provides a lot of tools that is easy to use to help identify my weaknesses and to avoid big losses again!, previously I used a free one called stonk but it didn’t measure any data or do anything for me to be honest. After using Tradezella for the past month, it has really helped make everything “click” for me and trading is making more sense now. I manage a few funded accounts and propfirm challenges, and I really enjoy the replay feature, backtesting feature and that you can track your playbooks and track what days and times is best for you etc. It has really opened my eyes and helped me to avoid certain times/days to trade in.

Secondly, I really am learning and improving from their YouTube channel walk through and videos too like the “your data doesn’t lie - how to use tradezella to fix your trading. The pre-meditation and post most meditation videos etc.

Overall Tradezella is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED the value I have got from them is unreal. I am glad I signed up for 1 whole year, one of the best investments I have made. I don’t see myself using a different company for the foreseeable future for journaling.

Great platform and excellent customer service experience

I don't typically care for AI help but this has been a pretty great experience with the help desk. Conversation started with the AI help but when I could not get my question answered it sent me to live help and they were able to give me the answers I was looking for. To be fair to the AI bot, I was asking the wrong question 😬 So far in am loving the whole experience, I think I am addicted😎 Happy Trading!!!

Awesome platform, but love the customer service as well

I switched my broker to IB and did everything that was provided online from multiple sites and still it did not automatically import my trades. I also tried to manually do the upload options and still was not able to get it working. Long story short. Kathleen from TradeZella was so kind and nice to assist with this frustrating issue and in a day or so everything is working. Highly recommended and support is AWESOME, much thanks TradeZella.
