I am interested in the TradeSmith Trade Cycles service and have emailed and called 866-385-2076 and 888-337-4174 numerous times and have yet to receive a response. When I first called no one picked up the phone and responded to emails.
After 1-2 days I received a follow up call and email. I have since had a Concierge call to walk me through the platform and I am very pleased.

The fact that TradeSmith doesn't refund your money 100% in the original payment it's a HUGE RED FLAG, BE ALERT, they only 'refund' in a form of credit that can be applied towards their other products/services, well what happens if I'm not satisfied at all with any of their products and I just want my money back? Nope, you won't get your hard earned cash back, which doesn't show transparency and good business practices at all.
Why if they are SO confident in what they offer not let people have a trial window of their wonder-miracle trading tools? That way if people were honestly satisfied and could make good money using it, not only will they be able to afford the hefty cost but could also recommend it to other potential buyers, which in return would bring great gains for TradeSmith.
But human greed is like an endless staircase, each step promising you more and more, yet leading you nowhere. No thanks!

I completed the hours-long presentation on 7.22.25. It was highly informative, and Keith Kaplan had me 99.9% convinced to move forward with the membership. However, before paying, I had several important questions I hoped to ask customer service. To prepare, I looked up reviews to help tailor my questions. Initially, I was encouraged by TradeSmith's A+ rating with the BBB. But then I found numerous negative reviews on Trustpilot that raised concerns. I'm grateful to those who shared their honest experience as those reviews helped me decide not to purchase the membership. I hope others take the time to read these reviews before committing to the membership. Transparency and trust are critical.

I am a Tradesmith customer and am trying to schedule a 30 minute consultation which is allowed under my membership. The system is all messed up for signing up for an appointment, I then tried calling the customer service number and was unable to get through multiple times. Not good customer service.

I have increased my portfolio 80% in the last 3 years using TradeSmith. Without them I would be an average trader, with them I'm trading above the S&P average, which was my goal. Now I've learned Options trading while tracking my portfolio online let's me see their metrics. They have sent me plenty of opportunities that have helped me soar, and I get out when I should. It's no longer a buy and hold world, you've got to trade and watch daily. TradeSmith was meant for just that.

On June 6 I signed up for lifetime service to Trade 360
I was expecting to get "buy" and "sell" signals as well as an indication of how much to place on a new investment taking risk into consideration. I have yet to receive a receipt or how to implement the software. At this time it appears i have been taken advantage of.

I agreed to take one year of Trade Cycles, and then to decide a couple of months later, whether or not I would go for the Lifetime option. They didnt contact me to discuss that, but instead tried to take the payment on the card I used with TradeSmith. When that didnt work, they took the payment from the credit card I had on file at Stansberry Research (an affiliate company, which is not the same company!). The agents excuse was that they use the same billing system!!! I did not authorise TradeSmith to use that card I have on file at Stansberry Research! I dont know about the US, but that is illegal in the UK. I will see out my year and then I will be cutting ties with both TradeSmith and Stansberry Research.

We ran out of time in our scheduled session as we were waiting for the results of our Pur Quant portfolio optimization but Vienna was nice enough to call back to follow up at a later time to discuss the results and how to play with the filters and settings to customize the portfolio to meet my goals. I signed up for TradeSmith's Green Day Trade Cycles after watching the very inspiring presentation by CEO Keith Kaplan. My $2300 package included opportunities like "A Secret New Way to Double Your Portfolio Over the Next 12 Months", Trade Cycles Master Class, Green Zone Stocks, and the Roadmap 2025 to name a few.
The presentation made the interface appear easy to navigate and use. However, my experience was quite the opposite. I called the help line on two occasions to help walk me through how to navigate since the help videos made it quite confusing. The first time I called, the representative, herself, was confused and couldn't navigate the site. The second time I was walked through, but the entire layout still seamed very wonky - nothing like the sales presentation, which practically guaranteed that with the millions of dollars TradeSmith invested in back testing and algorithms, investors had a very high likelihood of making a lot of money with this system.
I began receiving notifications on January 15 with trade suggestions to purchase specific stocks, as well as specific call option contracts with specific strike prices, maturity dates, and targeted contract prices. Willing to take greater risk for a greater return, I was instructed to purchase Intuit (INTU) Feb 7 $630 Calls at $15. The back testing and algorithms were flashing that a golden opportunity was amongst us - the Green Day. From January 15 to February 7, the stock declined almost daily and the options expired worthless well before expiration. The stock itself is down over 9% since the revelation. Next, on January 18, MSCI was recommended. I was instructed to purchase the Feb 21 $620 at $19. The stock/options rallied for a few days. Without any notice to sell, the company reported bad earnings and has since sold off nearly 9% making the options worthless. On January 27, at 10:39 am TradeSmith recommended buying NVDA Feb 21 $125 calls at $8.20. The stock was under tremendous pressure that day and 58 minutes later, TradeSmith advised clients to close out 100% of the position and take a loss. I kept my trade on and ended up making money, selling the position on Feb 7. If I had heeded TradeSmith's advice, I would have lost 50% that first day. I can go on and list numerous other losing trades I was recommended in names like Arch Capital (ACGL) and W.R. Berkley (WRB). TradeSmith did have a couple of winners, for example RJF in the back half of January and ADI in early February, but when I took the time to examine all of the stocks and option contracts TradeSmith was recommending, about 50% of stocks were up and 50% down. However, the best options gains were 30-70%, while well more than half were wiped out to $0. I realized at the pace I was going, I would eventually lose all my money with TradeSmith's Green Day recommendations.
I cancelled my membership last week and now have a credit to use on other products at TradeSmith's parent company, and have some huge tax losses within my portfolio.
As you see from the other numerous Trade Cycles reviews, I was completely mislead by Keith Kaplan into believing that he had technology that mirrored the likes of top Wall Street hedge funds to help retail investors earn alpha. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. In my case, it was.
In response to your response, I called yesterday morning (2/24/2024) and spoke to a customer service representative to confirm my identity with respect to this review. She said management was in a meeting, but that she would email me yesterday with an acknowledgement and have someone get back. I never received an email and management must still be in a meeting.

Just purchased their new product TradeCycles. Their execution on sharing the information to conduct the trades is totally inadequate. The 'notifications' being sent out do not even identify them as 'TradeCycles' notifications and can be confused with other 'TradeSmith' notifications. There is inadequate narrativew to go along with the recommendations about how best to execute the trades. I am totally underwhelmed by the information provided to subscribers to conduct the trades. Not worth the subscription price and not happy with TradeCycles.

I was directed to Tradesmith tradecycles product by Monument Trader's Alliance, and have been extremely disappointed by Tradesmith's Lies. First, their 40 minute long video ad says 100% money back guarantee, when in actuality if is NOT money back, it is credit towards one of their other products.
2nd of all, the video ad says you are getting a 50% discount when you sign up, and that their standard price for TradeCycles is $5000, so the 50% discount gets it to you for $2500 a year. I went direct to their website, and the listed price is $3500 a year, not $5000, so their 50% discount is an outright lie. I tried to buy it on the phone from them for The 50% discounted price of $1750 a year, and they refused to do that, saying their price had gone up when they started this new 50% discount program... What an illegal scam! I was treated very rudely by their sales rep Jessie, and he told me he didn't have the time to waste with me, as he had a ton of people wanting to buy, and he needed to get off the phone, then he hung up on me. Since I got him on the phone in less than 30 seconds, I seriously doubt that he had a ton of people wanting to buy. I had the good sense to research Tradesmith, and their reputation is not stellar, with a lot of complaints about poor customer service, and a lot of complaints about their shoddy 'No Money Back' guarantee. Jessie tried to tell me that a credit guarantee was the industry norm, which is an absolute lie. Many firms in the financial newsletter business offer 100% moneyback guarantees. The reason these people don't offer it is because their products are not worth what they sell them for, and they would get burned offering a true moneyback guarantee
BOTTOM LINE: AVOID! DON'T BUY FROM TRADESMITH, THEY ARE CROOKS WHO'S ONLY INTEREST IS GETTING YOUR MONEY. I AM DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED THAT MONUMENT TRADERS ALLIANCE WOULD EVEN REFER ME TO THE CROOKS AT TRADESMITH. SHAME ON MTA FOR PROMOTING THESE CROOKS.
