the service is legit. the company is trustworthy and they offer great customer service. the recommendations are well studied and clear. the only stain on their otherwise great service and very reasonable pricing is the intensity with which they send marketing emails. it's literally several per day. not enough rate them lower though

Good results, obnoxious upselling
I've had good investment results, with interesting new tools. The reason I don't give five stars is because TradeSmith, like EVERY OTHER investment advising service I've tried, is continually upselling their new "you'll regret it forever if you don't" shiny object, with interminable videos and high pressure. I hate that. So, like the service, hate the style.

The recommendations can be spectacular
The recommendations can be spectacular, but the constant deluge of emails offering the newest and best services (at a price, after having to view extensive videos) is annoying. It would be great is I could limit the communications to just those very few that I find particularly valuable.

Of any service I have used in trading in the last 2 years, I needed to make money and TRADESMITH has been the best service .. I have left the other service and use this service exclusively . Excellent customer service that I did not find in the others.

TradeCycles has worked well for me
TradeCycles has worked well for me. A lot of the different programs process the same data. Too many promotions but all in all, I'm ok with the system.

I have not found Trade Cycles useful…
I have not found Trade Cycles useful and do not plan to renew it. What little good I get out of it is not worth the expensive annual renewal cost. I find Trade Stops Pro and Trade Booster beneficial enough to keep them.

Tradesmith Platinum has been my investing salvation!!!
I've been a Platinum member of Tradesmith since Jan of 2022. I began with them just using TradeStop a few years before that. I've loved studying and trading the market for 30 + years, however, continued success has only come since being emerged with Tradesmith as a Platinum member. Of course not every trade has been a winner but my overall success is fabulous and with little stress. The tools are powerful and the people dynamic. I love that we get buy recommendations, but the real salvation is the plan for selling as well. Mike Burnick runs "Constant Cash"... selling Puts. This has been an area of great success for me. I'm now loving "Signals" as I learn daily how to make that work for me.

Started signing up for a program that offered a "Guaranteed Full Cash Refund," only to be shystered into a $2,500, non-refundable charge that, for a refund, would be turned into a merchant credit. As soon as I signed up for one service, a pop-up would offer an additional service as a "one-time only, special offer." Though now, the fine print has changed into a merchant credit for other services. Luckily, I was able to recoup only $500 of the $3,000 I spent. No recourse, except to try to find something that might fit my options trading style.

TradeSmith is a joke
TradeSmith is a joke. They hook you with a 90-day refund promise in their long-winded videos, then refuse to give a dime back when you realize it's a time-sink. Now they're claiming it's just some store credit. That's why I moved my mandate to CVE Capital, they actually respect liquidity and don't mess around with your money.

I have had innumerable stocks they predicted would go up but went down instead. Example COP with a predictive of 89% in a Low Volatility Model was supposed to be up 7.1% on their target date of 4/22/26 is actually -10.5% (an 18% difference) and heading further down today. I am down 11% since joining and 7 out of 10 predictions I hold are down. >Look elsewhere! AND THEY ARE NOT CHEAP TO JOIN!!!
