Ordered 3 Windsor column rads for next day delivery
But they did not arrive next day and the feet (west world) arrived in a separate order 7 hours later so not great!
Also I was told the trade (3) column feet would not fit so would have to buy west world feet (more money) but they were not great and didn’t really fit between the column so we purchased some standard 3 column feet from a local supplier instead.
So we now have £70 worth of feet to bin
The quality of radiators seemed good on a positive note but the other issues made the experience not great

Very helpful filters on availability and delivery times; extremely quick and helpful customer service for queries about delivery - and delivered exactly as requested with great communication throughout. Highly recommended. 5 radiators delivered in under a week.

Easy to order, clear whether items were in stock, everything as described. Have used company before, so was not expecting any different! Four stars rather than five as items came in 3 consignments, which was a bit of a pain in terms of deliveries, but a minor gripe. Will be my first port of call if I need radiators or parts again.

Ordered 2 identical heated towel rails recently. Unfortunately, when checked, one was dented. I sent photos of the damaged item & packaging to Kimberley and the response was really excellent. As the original was out of stock, I accepted a slightly larger version but didn’t have to pay extra! The speed and courtesy of the responses I received throughout were extremely refreshing. I would recommend this company without reservation.

Trade radiators have been great , no problems with my order of tall radiators .
box came in damaged slightly , courier taken pictures and box opened that night , no damage what so ever to the items .
valves came next day .
all fitted working great .

Great value products - lower than anywhere else for the same brand. Delivery was very quick and packaging was robust. Have fitted the radiators and they look great,

Good technical advice before I placed the order and then fast and good delivery. I had heard issues with wall fixings but the fixings with these radiators were very strong and support the radiators on solid walls well. The only comment I have is the fixings for the bottom supports would be easier to fit if the screw holes were offset so they could be accessed through the rad between columns instead of being behind a column. The screw slot would also work better if the bracket could be slid down into position rather than from the side. Really pleased with the fitted three radiators that I fixed myself with no problem. Being from stock was also a great bonus.

From ordering to radiator being delivered service was efficient and courteous. Initially radiator arrived with damage Kimberley sorted out the issue and replacement was soon winging its way. Great service

Radiator has cracks on it clearly from where it was bent when made, only noticed once was up
