Just bought over 20 Square meters of composite decking Via they online website and honestly, I cannot fault this company, Normally i am the first one to say if something is wrong, but everything was right with this company.
I made my order on line and a few days later i contacted the sales team regarding delivery.
The price was the cheapest and good quality by far
Dawn was very helpful and we talked through the order and that she would phone me back with a date.
Within 15 minutes i was given a delivery date.
3 days before delivery, i needed to add to my order, Nothing was a problem with Dawn.
This morning at 7am, I received a phone call from one of the Tradeline drivers who informed me that he would be with me at 8am, Bang on 8am he was outside my house after driving for 2.5 hours, The driver was very helpful and quite chatty and we both checked the delivery to make sure that everything was correct and no damage and then i signed to say that everything was OK, He did tell me if anything was missing that he would have gone to one of there stockists and he would bring me whatever, But everything was in order, So i would like to say a big Thank You to Dawn on sales and the driver. I ordered a upvc window sill from this company and paid top dollar for it. When it arrive it was damaged, had a manufacturing fault and was very dusty as if it had been sitting in warehouse for years. I emailed the company and asked them to pick their faulty item up and give me a full refund. I have still had no reply from this company, so can only assume they are not interested in customer service. I have now lost £35. Don't buy from these cowboys.
