Tradeline Upvc Reviews 

Had a couple of purchases from this store, and they were brilliant. Initially bought Skirting Board Covers, and it was delivered within agreed time, and just had to buy replacement corners. Prices were excellent and staff were friendly.

We ordered 5 x Upvc Skirting Board L/O Torus Edge White 5m x 175mm x 16mm Thickness, which was around 250 pounds, assuming all lengths were identical i starting installing these around my lounge as we want a higher board, i used 3 x 5m lengths then when moving to length 4 the board was the same height etc but the thickness of the board was about 3-4 millimetres bigger, so was a real tast to get it to match up to the previous bit, i contacted the supplier a few times via email and they completely ignored me. makes me laugh how they say on their homepage, 'Dont make the mistake of going round in circles searching the internet for your products as they have fantastic customer services' what a joke that was. product supplied were probably different batches.

So helpful, the staff tried their level best to help me with my Kitchen DIY problem and went over and above to do so, sadly the option wouldn’t work, but they refunded me in full. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company

Update on the review i posted a day ago.
What an attitude with this company. They took my order then i was told that they do not deliver to this area,so i had to pay another £25 to get it sent on another courier. Did not hear anything so i phoned them up and they told me that they were not sending the items on because i gave them a bad review. i would not of given them the order if it said on the web site that they do not deliver to our area. I think they have refunded my money but what an attitude from the guy on the phone because of the review.Bad reviews need to be corrected.It was their problem not my they need to update their delivery areas before payment.The guy i spoke to needs to take some lessons on some customer politeness. Take a bad review as a problem that has to be resolved.

I ordered skirting covers from here with the help of Ryan and nothing was too much trouble for him. Thanks for all your help Ryan it’s massively appreciated, delivery was quick as well would highly recommend

I ordered some cladding online and spoke to the staff on the phone where the service was excellent and was delivered within 2 days. I will definitely be using them again.

I came across this company on the internet, they have been fantastic, really helpful over the phone, offering advice and really understanding of what I needed, I ordered composite decking. I spoke with Ryan several times , he really looked after me , the product is second to none , great price and great service , 5 star ⭐️ from me .

Tradeline UPVC limited delivered poor quality damaged goods and will not replace the damaged items. Do not buy from this company.
The order was placed and paid in full. The delivery was delayed. The protective film was removed. The items were unusable. So badly damaged and not fit for purpose. The boards had been cut with a blunt blade which chipped the product, the company will not replace the damage goods… Do not use this company.

Also the worst company I have ever dealt with, I placed an order on the 5th August and paid in full. I had a confirmation email of my order and a delivery date, I then received a phone call or email (it was so long ago I can't remember which) saying the was a problem with the order (which had been accepted and paid for) the issue was that the two part corner trims I ordered they only had the internal part and not the anthracite external part. I agreed to take the order on the delivery date arranged with the missing items to be sent the next week. several calls and emails later I still haven't got the rest of my order. I did place another order and I was told the trims I was waiting for would be delivered at the same time, the sent a completely different section of trim. due to circumstances I wasn't able to contact them again until today (01/11/2021) the person I spoke to said he would check the stock and call me back. Four hours later the was no return call so I called again to be told they didn't have them in stock and he was waiting for a call from their supplier to see when they would have them available he said "I didn't call you because I didn't have an answer for you" I was then told that he would contact me before 5pm, he didn't. This company is very poor with customer relations and contact, I would not recommend them to anyone given my experience and I will never buy from this company every again. I am just thankful that the materials I ordered was for my own project, and not for a customer. because I would have ended ups with a poor reputation. another reviewer called them
clowns, I think cowboys may be a better description.

The worst company I have ever dealt with had a problem ten days before I get a reply given a date to pick up wrong trims on one shows up will never buy from these clowns again

Never known a company so helpful, really go out of there way to get you products ASAP will always buy from this company staff very polite and helpful at all times ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We are really pleased with our new fencing. The delivery came nice and early, driver was very helpful and polite. We put all panels up later that morning, and it looks great, no issues at all. We hope to order more, for rest of the garden, quiet soon. Thank you.

I wished I had read the reviews about this company prior to placing an order with them! Whilst I appreciate it was a small order the goods were needed to complete the refit. After paying for the goods including a hefty £9.99 for delivery the least I would have expected would be for them to be delivered on time. After receiving an email from the company advising me of the date of delivery I duly booked the day off work to wait in for the items...at 330pm no sign of the goods - a call back to the company to be advised they wouldn't be delivered that day but would be the following day...booked another day off work...by 4.30 still no delivery...another call to the company only to be told the store they were using had let them down as they couldn't locate part of my order...didn't have any in stock?!
My question is why when I made an order did everything show as in stock ...why was I given 2 dates for a delivery ...taken 2 days off work when the reality was my order was never actually available?
I've now cancelled my order with this company and am seeking the goods elsewhere! Although the person dealing with my enquiry was polite, I wouldn't recommend using this company as they seem to have little understanding of stock control.

orderd 26 fencing panels last Thursday order was confirmed with me on Friday by telephone delivery was scheduled for Tuesday and duly arrived at 9 o clock product is of excellent quality very pleased with overall service and product.

I recently ordered UPVC Rosewod rigid angle together with some sealant. The chap I spoke to was very polite and helpful and the items were delivered on time. So, in my case I am very happy with the items and service I experienced and would happily use them again in the future.

I bought a short length of square edged window board, which arrived in very quick time. However when I opened the package up the board was of very poor quality and was definitely not square edged, the front lip was bending inwards by about 25 degrees. It would not match up with the very square end caps which I purchased with it. I sent the company some photographs by email and rang them. The young lady on the phone was very helpful and agreed that it was not square, She told me it may have been a bad batch that got through and that she would arrange a replacement to be sent to me. The replacement arrived, once again very quickly, but alas it was not a great deal better. The quality of this window board is frankly awful and it is far from being square edged. I can not use this in my home and both pieces are going in the skip, the only place for them as they are rubbish. I emailed the company to tell them this and so far I have had no response. Sums them up to me really. I have put this down to experience and basically thrown my £32 away. I will source a decent quality window board elsewhere. I wouldn't touch Tradeline UPVC with a bargepole. You have been warned.

Ordered a grained UPVC window sill. Received very well packaged. Good product

Only issue is their carrier XPD.

After 2 no shows customer service at tradeline quickly sorted it out

These people have APPALLING customer service. I spent £800 quid on on fence panels, booked a day off work and they ring me on the morning of delivery to say they don't have them in stock and won't have it till next week. I'm self employed, the day off work cost me money and now I have to tell my customer I don't have their fence. SHOCKING customer service.

Had issues with carriage refund. Now resolved

I am really disappointed with this Company who only advertise their name but the service is unreliable. I had to wait all these weeks to be told their products are faulty-So BEWARE!!!!

Hello ..... due to circumstances beyond our control we will have to
