Excellent Service

Am very impressed by the service provided. I ordered late in the afternoon but goods were still dispatched that evening. Parcelforce kept it in their depot for 24 hours but the service from Tradefit cannot be faulted.Definitely worth 5 stars and I shall use the company again.

The spindles did not fit they were too…

The spindles did not fit they were too long so I had to go out buy 90m ones

I am sorry to read your review.

As stated on our website, our spindles for these sets are 100mm. We provide longer ones so that they fit a variety of door thickness. That way our kits can also be use on fire doors.

The spindles can easily be trimmed down to suit your slimmer door, in future please feel free to give us a call as we have a team of product experts here that are more than happy to help.

My delivery went missing twicem they Saif they knocked on and no one was home, when no one even came to deliver the parcel

I am so sorry to read your review, as per your messages with Keith your order was placed on 3rd and did go out for delivery on 4th as agreed. The courier did try to deliver and uploaded a photo of him at your property but no one was home and there was nowhere safe to leave the expensive parcel.

I can see your parcel was then delivered the next day. Apologies again for the slight delay. Feel free to come back to me and I can talk you through how to update the tracking in order to have the parcel left safe to avoid future delays.

Fabulous delivery
