Jyoti, to whom I spoke, reassured me that flexible drawdown (not offered in the DB scheme) is not about withdrawing a lump sum (from DC). An email I'd got from Natalie (Lead Pensions Administrator) included just that statement, that TPT doesn't offer flexible drawdown, which worried me, that the lump sum withdrawal request I'd just submitted would not be granted. But Jyoti explained they're 2 separate things (terminology!), so that was reassuring, and she was very helpful in that.

Out standing service from the outset very helpful and very knowledgable no question was to small to be asked and answered was a credit to Tpt and outstanding customer service

If you have more than one pension, would not recommend TPT. Their system does not seem to allow you to combine your pensions onto one dashboard so you can see both. Not very helpful. And currently my account is showing as £0 and they don't appear to be taking it very seriously. Individually people have appeared to be helpful, but the fact is, there is no outcome to a common problem. Very disappointing.

I applied for my TPT pension withdrawal on 01/04/2026, but since then I had not received clear or helpful information from other customer service advisors. This caused delays and frustration, especially as the matter was urgent.
Today, 23/04/2026, I spoke with Raj, who listened carefully and promptly escalated my request. He was professional, understanding, and took immediate action to move things forward.
Raj provided excellent customer service and showed real commitment to helping customers. However, the company should improve the quality and consistency of its customer service advisors to prevent delays and avoid potential dissatisfaction in the future.

I was treated courteously by Raj and he was able to treat all my queries quickly and comprehensively.

I spoke with Sabrina on this occassion. She was very professional and patient with me waiting for me to find the information she required. She spent time explaining things to me and answering my question knowledgeably. Her customer service was excellent.
