TP Fay First class efficient service at a competitive price , what more can you ask for !

TB Fay have been amazing supplying elements for our brewery - super quick delivery and a better design for longer lasting elements.

TPFay helped me out with a custom-shaped heating element for a spit barbecue machine. They were very easy to communicate with and very helpful. If I will need another heating element in the future, I will definitely speak to them.

Had an excellent experience dealing with TP Fay after finding them on a google search.
Sent them details, photos and sketches of the existing burnt out element and they came back with better energy saving options. A great service!

Managed my expectations well. And were able to deliver according to my need of getting a one bespoke element made for me using the brackets off the old one which I sent in to them. My customer was extremely happy with being able to use the griddle again on their old rangemaster cooker.

I contacted TP Fay looking for a replacement grill element for a very old electric cooker.
I supplied a dimensioned sketch with some photos and electrical spec. They came back with a price and delivery date, which I accepted. When delivered the element fitted and worked perfectly.
In conclusion, I would recommend this company anyone looking for replacement heating elements be it a one of or bulk purchase. The sales staff were extremely helpfull in all stages of the process.

I remember 10 years ago when we first ordered a special order immersion heater. The whole process was so easy, after giving them all the information they needed we quickly had the immersion built to order and delivered within a few days. I have just returned to them to re-order and once again the process couldn’t have been easier, I only had to give them the old order number and they did the rest, and once again I had the immersion in a few days. Struggled to replace an obsolete part for Flavel Finesse Range cooker. I broke one of the oven elements. I was asked to send the part to TP Fay. Reluctantly I did so. Best thing I ever did. They are a really professional outfit. Quoted for replacement. Accepted and collected. Could see it is quality. Better than original. Fitted today. Working well. Over the moon - problem solved. Rare event these days when everything is made overseas. Really impressed with these guys and would like to say thank you. They deserve to do well! Keep up the good work!

David was prompt in responding to an online request. He took the time to call me in the USA to discuss our needs for a replacement immersion heater. The sales engineer designed a replacement specifically for our equipment and the bespoke manufacturing lead-time was very short. Thank you!

Excellent customer service from first contact to delivering a premium product. Was looking for replacement heating elements for an obsolete Bosch combi oven, the manufactures couldn't help, TPFay could and did very happy with service provided would recommend them to all in a similar predicament

Firstly its a pleasure doing business to TP Fay, they have no problem speaking over the phone and do a great job via email so communication is spot on. It was fabulous to do business with a UK manufacturer who know their onions and fully understand your needs. We were given options in the manufacture of elements for our customers Doughnut Fryers and chose the more expensive option as we felt this was most appropriate. The quality is excellent, with fully labelled electrical parameters and an added part code OEM performance. Supplied with Gasket Washers as well as the Terminal Components. Have no problem in recommending these guys. Very professional throughout and delivered on time.
