I needed some elements that I wanted to incorporate into an oven I was making to heat to a specific temperature. David from TP Fay couldn’t have been more helpful. The elements, supports, thermostat and control knob all arrived and they’re perfect for my application. Thank you.

Very helpful. These people were able to produce a replacement element that from a discontinued storage heater based on some measurements and the known wattage.

Very helpful company.I needed a replacement oven element for a not so old,Belling cooker (NLA from Belling).After a couple of drawings,old element was sent off to utilize original mounting plate.Result was a working cooker in a few days-Element fitted perfectly.Very knowledgeable staff and would certainly use again.

Excellent Service!! Thanks to TPFay we overcame a major issue when our mixing vessel heating elements failed - these are non standard elements with an unrecognized thread. The team reverse engineered the thread, designed and manufactured a set of custom built, future proofed elements - Because of their expertise we will not have a problem sourcing these elements again.

Ordered some heaters & stats for Hydraulic power packs, got them delivered really quickly, but 2 of the stats were the wrong one's, Rang TP Fay and they rectified the error really the following day.

My 30 year old Kenwood MO800 mini pizza oven started tripping 30mA GFCIs due to an earth leakage current inside the heating elements when hot. With no spare parts available anywhere, TPFay manufactured high-quality replacements based on the specifications provided by me.

Retrofitting the oven with the new elements required minor modifications on my end due to manufacturing limitations, which were identified and clearly communicated by TPFay prior to ordering. A professional customer service who cares about delivering parts that are fit for purpose and with great attention to detail.
