I bought a smart watch from them..it was supposed to deliver in 48 hours but took more than a week to deliver after chasing them.,quality of that watch is so poor ..I tried to reach them so many times..sent them emails for a return label..they don’t bother to reply..nothing heard back yet ...so unprofessional..

I’ve sent so many emails and even threatened them with trading standards and they just tell me. “Your item will be delivered in 2-4 extra working days”. Honestly I’ve never experienced something so fustrating in my life.
How people can live with themselves doing this I don’t know!

terrible company rip off merchants avoid pay your money get sent a cheap and tacky watch that will not sync with your phone so basically useless comes in a cheap chinese box ask for a refund and no reply to many messages and emails should be stopped from trading a total disgrace!!

Pro watch my ass. Can’t even use the thing as it’s got no buttons at the side all you can do is scroll. Came is a shocking box with no instructions.

Absolute rubbish company I bought a smart watch what a waste of money, it only arrived after emailing numerous times when it did arrive it was crap quality wouldn’t connect to my phone totally mis sold, I requested a return and refund via email the day I received it and nothing even after numerous emails..... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY I wish I’d have seen the reviews before I had given them my hard earned money.

I bought a smart watch. Arrived weeks after purchase in a broken box, the quality of the watch was awful, wouldn’t connect to my phone, completely un-useable. Tried numerous times to get a refund, after much deliberation and countless emails to them they offered me 50% refund. They then sent FAKE refund statement for 50% of the cost. But surprise, surprise... still no refund in my bank. This company is a complete scam!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Anyone know how to reach this company? All my emails bounce. I have used the web form. No response. Product is not as expected and I want to return it. But this seems to be totally impossible to do.
Zero stars would be my entry.

Avoid this company!! Bought the pro watch, did arrive in good time but the watch will not connect to my phone! Says to download the FunDo app and when you scan barcode it says app unsecure which is dodgy to start. I then email them tell them my problem and no reply! This business is after money and a total SCAM!! Devastated

this company or should I say scammers are taking peoples money because the advertise false products. I ordered a pro watch like many others and I’m still waiting for it to arrive after 2 weeks !! After sending countless emails and threatening to report them to trading standards surprise surprise they reply and say it’s in the post !! I actually dread when it does arrive going off what everyone has said about these watches !! I will definitely be reporting this site to trading standards as they need closing down. They are nothing but lying thieves, who are quick to take your money but then don’t produce your goods until you kick off !!!! Not surprising how there is no contact number or address as they would have been brought down already by very angry customers. Don’t make my mistake. DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

If I could give this company no stars then I would!! Ordered a pro watch smart watch. Eventually arrived in a cheap box. All info in Chinese, no app to download, looked like something you would buy at a toy shop!!! £49.99 paid £0 refund!! I have emailed them with no response. Why are they still allowed to sell this crap online. I wish I read these reviews before I made the purchase. Absolutely gutted 😡😡😡

Ordered a PROWATCH from this crowd based on the good product reviews on there website (I should have know better....) It was supposedly in stock & ready for delivery. Waited a week and had heard nothing, so I dropped them an email. Heard nothing for days then I got a reply from them saying it had been sent and they were blaming Royal Mail. I told them (this was on a Friday) if I hadn't received it by the Tuesday of the following week, I was cancelling for a full refund. Low & behold I received a watch on the Monday. I entered the tracking number from the parcel when I received it into the Royal Mail Track & Trace and guess what...Royal Mail had only received it on the Friday afternoon, so it never was in the post before hand. Anyway, it gets better - not!. They had not sent me the PROWATCH I had ordered and paid for, but sent out some random el cheapo, fake, not so smart watch - nothing worked on it !!, chinese writing!! - go figure.... I emailed them complaining obviously, and received the following "please let us know if you'd like to receive a 50% refund & be able to keep the item without returning it to our warehouse or you would like to receive a replacement item at no extra cost?". Told them I wanted the PROWATCH I had ordered and paid for to be sent out ASAP. Waiting on a reply - UNBELIEVABLE!!. Avoid like the plaque..

absolutley poor company. no morals no values. they have zero customer service skills and will not refund you when they send you a fake and missold product. these scammers need to be removed and to be stopped from robbing people blind. completely disgusted.

I bought a smart pro watch from them it arrived 2weeks late ( and that’s only probably because I was pestering them about where it was) it arrived and didn’t work, emailed countless times and msged them on their website after nearly another 2weeks they replied they will send me another one, surprise surprise it never showed up, I wish I found this site of reviews and how bad there are before my purchase, what a waste of money

Dirty scamming c***s. Bought a fit bit watch 14 days ago and still no sign of it. Now came across all these reviews and have given up on the fact that even if it does turn up it's not going tp work as stated. I really dont know how places like this are able to operate when they are clearly ripping people off....could rip someones head off their shoulders the way im feeling right now...

AVOID DO NOT BUY. worst place I’ve ever purchased from. Brought a fit bit came alone with out box and charger won’t turn on. I’ve messaged them about 10 times they kept saying there sorry and will be sending replacement out with in 48 hours. That was a month ago. I have been trying to get my money back aswell that’s proving difficult. Do not waste your money. Avoid this site.

Was order watch for my fiancé but it arrives in 14 days not 48 hours which is from China and fake update, I was checking if this watch real then wasn’t real from charger, This person was ignoring my email for return and refund what a waste and this store need to shut down and give everyone money back!!!! My fiancé was excited then feeling down cause it was her birthday present.

I baught a smart watch from this company for £39.99. How I wish I’d read the reviews first. Not fit for purpose. Can’t download the app. It’s supposed to be able to read blood pressure. Gives a result that I know is wrong so on top of everything else it’s dangerous. Looking at other reviews it doesn’t look like there’s much point in complaining.
