The price was the best I could find. Ordering was easy and I called the company to ask a couple of questions, which were answered. Shipping was freight and it took a couple of weeks. I began to het concerned and called the company and could not get anyone to answer the phone. Stayed on hold for 35 minutes and hung up. Finally sent an email to check status of my order and received an answer about 2 days later telling me that they would sent shipping info when they received it. I guess the shipping company never notified them and about 2 weeks later, I got a call from Fed Ex telling me I had a package to be delivered the next day. All in all, I would order from this company again.

My bed liner arrived on time. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful 🙂

I got all my pots and I was missing some pieces contacted them they shipped them out to me the very next day I got them within a day and a half very happy with the product

Delivered quickly, easy to follow instructions, I installed the hitch in a reasonable amount of time and with minimal difficulty considering it was my one and only time for doing such a thing. I have decent mechanical skills and tools but I ordered a exhaust hanger removal tool which made a great difference in completing the install, in other word make sure you have all the tools suggested in tgg by e instructions though I am not sure why you need a 6” extension? But a deep 11/16” socket is crucial.

Website had me order the wrong oem harness. They offered to send the correct one but it was not in stock. Had to splice all the wires.

Order somewhere else. I ordered a hitch from Tow Universe and was told I would receive my order in about a week. 2 weeks go by, and nothing. I was more than patient with them. I asked them what the hold up was, and couldn't get a answer. I found a better deal elsewhere (4weeks from purchase date) so I wanted to cancel my order with Tow Universe. They refused to cancel my order. If you insist on ordering from them, plan on waiting MUCH longer than their "estimated delivery".

Packaging was terrible.200 lbs of steel in a flemsy carbord box is not going to work.needless to say everything was banged up pretty good.had to do a alot of paint touch-up.

I was able to find the correct trailer towing unit and eventually resolved the wiring harness that had not been included in the original shipment, but they assisted me in locating one from another dealer and gave me credit for the purchase.
