Quick delivery, although the box was too big for the product and having the right size meant it was squashed from the delivery. The album was not damaged though and was protected by the packaging.

I ordered a travel wallet for my nieces…
I ordered a travel wallet for my nieces 18th birthday and wanted a tan colour to match her luggage. When arrived I was very disappointed in the quality of leather used it looked old and weathered like it was 20 years old. The gift box was a boring brown box with no tissue paper not what I would call a ‘gift box’
I complained and in fairness they replied and sent a refund label to return item and offered a full refund.
Customer service very good

Lettering let's it down
Nice item quickly delivered but lettering is so faint can only be seen properly in bright light. Shame but otherwise good.
