I accidentally ordered my tickets on the wrong day- sent an email and they not only responded - they corrected it to the date I really wanted and sent them to me via email to print out! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Tour was just excellent
Tour was just excellent. Tina, Alexander and Frank (Bus Driver) were just fantastic and great team. Tina went out of the way to take some nice pictures and gave us more insight on the trip, Tina and Alexander were very friendly.

Need to improve guides knowledge.
Guide for Windmills excursion added literally 0 value to the experience. It was well organized, timely, but with no content beyond what was offered by the specialists (by the way, windmill and shoes was 1000x better than cheese). Left a sour flavor.
