Can’t fault them. Colour is a great match.
The cans are decent.
They had a mix up at the factory with colours, but 1 phone call and it was rectified the next day.

Ordered a pen - the colour match is good and I found the nib fine for filling in small stone chips. But then wondered about using again once the nib had dried up and recieved assurance that spare nibs are available to buy. So good paint. good colour match and customer service good too.

I ordered vehicle touch-up paint nearly 3 weeks ago, haven't received it and have had no response to emails. There is no contact phone number for the company. Dreadful customer service and they owe me £20. Avoid this supplier.

Useless, paint doesn't match and delivery a joke.Should have read the reviews,more bad than good.

Just opened a tin of mahogany wood stain and it's full of bright red paint I stirred and applied and it's still bright red paint totally ruined the furniture

Ordered and received a touchup pen. Definately did not work dreadful item.

Absolutely dreadful customer service,I ordered a paint kit it came in a tiny bottle with no way of applying,company refusing to refund me and just offered a 15% discount.Also they are sending there items through a 48hr service so could take days to arrive.Awful company avoid

I ordered a touch up kit for my 2 year old Hyundai i10. I had a small stone chip on the rear door. I was a bit wary having read some reviews, but I needn't have worried. It arrived on time and having just used it I am very happy with the result. The kit is easy to use and the paint is an exact colour match! Thank you Touch up Paint Factory

Not always giving 5 stars but this time I can genuinly give. When I scratched my brand new car, I was extremely upset. I ordered the touch up paint and hoped for the best.
The order came quickly, it was easy to apply even though it was a pen and I read before other clients had issues wih it. I didnt have but I was a bit sceptic still if this will cover the scratch. When the paint dried the colour turned out to be an exact match and I had a problem to locate where the scratch was! really happy!

Decent company from my experience, used colour code rather than number plate and paint was a perfect match, and quick delivery. Would’ve given 5 stars except I ordered the pens, not great, next time will be ordering a paint pot, cheaper and easier to apply, the pen tips are large and it’s hard to flow the paint through to fill deep scratches. Will be using again but just not the pens. And I recommend using your colour code for your car rather than reg number for perfect colour match. Red Toyota C7P and grey Hyundai 5K perfect colour match.

I didn't go any further than my initial order as they refused to give you your paint code until after you'd paid.
After reading the trust pilot reviews I was glad I didn't bother.
I refuse to be held to ransom over a paint colour...I know other businesses that would do that regarding their products but they aren't trustworthy.
Please avoid as many sites will give you this information for free...ie don't try and trick you into signing up by withholding the the info you need xx

Don’t buy there touch up pens they are a joke 100% match that’s a laugh. Complained twice through PayPal didn’t respond as they know what they are selling is utter rubbish.

Paint pen is terrible super hard end doesn’t work

Have bought two touch up spray cans both have been exact match and excellent coverage. Fast dispatch.

Followed all the instructions carefully, the colour did not match and the pen nibs are hard and coarse, so leave a rubbish finish.

I ordered three touch up pens. Whilst colour match was good, they are not very usable as the paint doesn't flow well. HOWEVER, they swapped them for three pots free of charge... so I have to say the customer service exceeded my expectations.

Ordered for the first time for a new mg hs,can't quit understand why the touch up pen supplied has such a large end surely a point would be better,try touching up a stone chop with it,total waste of time.anyway 2 stage colour I was sent,and well colour is nothing like the colour of the vehicle, went to my local paint shop, and purchased an aerosol for 12.95 and a perfect match,forget to mention I've spent 40 years in the motortrade and sorry guys never again,cant beat a fine brush and a pot,spray aerosol In and away you go absolute rubbish..

Well I must admit I had my doubts, but I gave it a go. Ordered some touch up paint and after simply inputting my Reg number, I got my paint delivered 2 days later. It’s a perfect match and great service, so highly recommended as I’ve sorted out several chips on my pride and joy for around 15 Pounds.

Yes the colour match was good....No the finishing process was not! Not impressed and feel that I have been stung!
