I ordered paint a few days ago and received a notification that it had been shipped. However, today I received a refund notification, but the $10 shipping fee I paid was not refunded.

Second item did arrive.

Royal Mail seems to have left it in an unsafe place, so id say the company needs to ship items with more security. Sign for, etc because you can't trust RM to organise a row of chairs.

First paint incorrect contacted them by email which they responded to straight away I never really expected them to send
me correct paint within two days.

Delivery updates non-existent, which isn’t helpful when timelines aren’t kept for delivery. Still waiting for mine

I provided full details of car - VIN number, etc. and they sent me completely the wrong colour. Have tried emailing multiple times but they don't have the courtesy to reply. They claim 100% guaranteed colour match - 100% scam I'd say.

I order the all in one pen from them for my car. The pen arrived with a packet of wipes. When I tried to use the pen, the paint from the tip wasn't coming out properly. It looked that it had dried up quite a lot making the tip brittle. I removed the tip and tried to apply and it has left patches. Sent an email to customer support and no response. I've paid £19.99 for a small paint pen which didn't do the job. Really pathetic experience

Yep! This is the one. Credit where it's due. Almost a simple felt tip just like I wanted, offering precision control. Not like a previous purchase from a different company in which I received a flimsy paint applicator that cracked and went everywhere. Colour match is perfect and I ordered on a Saturday and received it Tuesday. It even unexpectedly came with anti-static wax grease remover swabs. I might be able to improve the finish with a bit of t cut but that was to be expected.

Very disappointed with the colour match not even near, even though they are stating 100% guarantee. I bought touch up and aerosol spray can both the same. I contacted the company but they never replied to me. If I could I would give 0 stars.

Had a small issue with applicator in which customer service were very quick to rectify. Colour is a great match.

Ordered this touch up pen for my white Peugeot 3008.
It's a pearly white colour. Gave them the colour code but the pen they sent was more like a brilliant white and nothing like the pearly white it should be.
Ended up getting another product from a different company which matched it perfectly.
Won't be using touchuppaintfactory again.
