What fab and personal service from Touchango! The items ordered have arrived and I thinkbthe lead will be a game changer for sheepdog training. I did order the wrong size Jilly ball as found it to be a bit too small for my dog, so will be ordering a new one :)

This was recommended by a dog sporting friend but she warned that it would take several weeks to get it from England. I was so excited that it arrived in 5 days! and I'm just as excited to see how it works. I've used it on all three of my border collies and they all settle into a nice quiet relaxing state and my 16 year old is feeling quite spunky after wearing it twice. She's back to chasing the other two in the yard. So good to see such quick benefits, I'm sure they are all feeling freer. I'm glad my friends are sharing these helpful products and grateful to have it shipped so quickly!

The dog tug toy is great but expensive
The dog tug toy is great. It seems Very robust, though I don’t leave it with him to just chew. It is expensive compared to others especially once postage is added, I think the additional postage should be made more obvious on the product pages. I would have liked a little more length of bungee stretch but I shall know to take that into account if I make another order.
I think if used appropriately the tug toy has the potential to last a very long time, which will make it feel like good value for money.
