I was given 2 totwoo bracelets by a family member for my partner and I. We are long distance and these bracelets genuinely make the both of us feel closer than ever. They're also pretty easy to set up. I've had a couple technical issues setting them up, but after figuring it out, it works flawlessly. Support has also been helping me very well. I highly recommend these bracelets to people who want to feel closer to the people they love.

After placing an order on the 10th of February I received my bracelets on the 18th February. A few days later I was hit with a £59 shipping fee charge from DHL who deliver in the u.k which i now have to pay on top of the 27 pounds I paid shipping and 124 pounds for the bracelets. Avoid purchasing from this company if you want to pay excess charges.

A pair of sun and moon bracelets were purchased as my birthday gift from a loved one. The purchase, receipt and tracking was great. Until the package came. It was a car part (red and black jumper clamps no cables). Now what. Will try to call the number during hours if operation but not hopeful. Really thought we dud our best to vet the site. Don’t bother unless you want $198 car jumpers.
Update: Customer service responded shipped out a new one that was just received. Wasn’t thrilled about needing to peel the shipping label to get to the original label. Shipping company made error. But we were able to and they shipped a beautiful bracelet.

The courier company damaged my Totwoo bracelets. I sent the certificate of damage from Evri to Totwoo and was assisted pretty much immediately. Totwoo is sending me a replacement. The bracelets are for myself and my long distance boyfriend - it's a gift for him and means a lot to me! I'm truly grateful and really appreciate the prompt assistance and kindness shown by the Totwoo team x

You do have to have Bluetooth enabled all the time but apart from that, theyll stay connected. Mine stopped vibrating after 7 months but their customer support was very swift and had arranged a replacement in less than a day and i just had to pay for shipping. I was skeptical to begin with because of some of the reviews but im pleased with my experience with them so far :)

I have had £45 taken by this company and have had no product sent or refund made. They are now no longer replying to my emails and have just taken my money and ran with it.

Don't do it! Jewelry is CHEAP and of bad quality. Even worse is the app you must use with it. It will constantly send you notifications, even without your use of the Jewelry and when you go to change thr notifications settings, you can't turn them off otherwise the Jewelry is useless as you will no longer have it buzz when your significant other sends you a message. Oh and even worse, when going to return this pile of crap, you have to go through a "review" process to be "approved" for the return, pay return shipping and even send photos prior to the review process for return of the items to get a return address. This company is a fraud and would never ever recommend them. Spend your money wisely with a more reputable business. Terrible!

Ordered a bracelet on 31 January and it still hasn't arrived (16 Feb). The tracking information web link is broken and doesn't work. I input the tracking number to the royal mail tracking website and it states tracking information unavailable as they can't locate the package. Emailed three times and got no response, tried using the website chat function but no one comes online and I'm left in some sort of holding pattern. I wouldn't bother ordering from here! I can't even seem to get a refund! I will be contacting my card issued to see if they can sort it!

At first, I had a very stressful experience ordering a digital gift card for Valentine’s Day.
The payment went through and I received the order confirmation email, but the actual gift card (with the code) was not delivered. Since it was time-sensitive, I was understandably worried and contacted customer support.
Initially, I felt frustrated because the situation was unclear and I did not have the code. However, after leaving my review, the team reached out to me directly. They took the time to look into the issue properly and communicate with me.
In the end, the gift card was successfully delivered and everything worked as expected.
I truly appreciate that they followed up and made the effort to resolve the problem. They could have ignored it, but they didn’t — and that matters.
Because of that, I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars.

Paid for 2 bracelets on 30th January and have received nothing but frustration since. The tracking information provided doesn’t work at all, and despite emailing multiple times asking for updates, I’ve had zero response.
No communication, no working tracking, no products. Completely unacceptable service.
At this point, it genuinely feels like a scam. Avoid this company at all costs. Con artists.

I haven't opened the package yet because I don't really care anymore, since I'm already furious!!! It's logical that if I order matching bracelets for Valentine's Day, it's supposed to be a gift... So why do I write "totwoo" in big letters on the box, so that anyone who accepts or sees the package knows exactly what's inside? Thanks for ruining the surprise!

As of today (12th), they still havent arrived, and the tracking still isnt working, it just keeps stating try again tomorrow.
Also reached out a couple of times and had zero response.
I am now going to have to find something else to give my wife.
