My husband and I love ours!

My husband and I love ours!
Mine the mountain scene does have a lightning problem (the whole thing doesn't light up) and the band that we picked im not happy with it, maybe a suggestion is that to add a small plastic slider to keep the excess from flapping all over the place, I tried to find something on Amazon to add to each side but I would have to cut of the decorative peice on the end in order to fix the problem and I dont want to do that
The black slider bands suck but other than that we love them

The design is not good, but service is excellent

The design is not good. It's almost impossible to put the bracelets on at all and if you don't want them to go off with any arm movement you have to put them on so tightly that you need at least 2 people and a lot of patience and effort to put it on correctly.
I really regret buying them.

Update 6-7-2025:
I send an e-mail exactly as they requested, but had no response. Send them a reminder, but also no response. So I guess the promise they make her on trustpilot are only for show.

Cool concept - Some kinks to work out still but I'm happy

(Update: Had a product issue, ToTwoo has resolved. My braided band had broken after I reached out for a new band/replacement. I found out that they cannot replace bands, and at that time they were not willing to exchange. Right after requesting this exchange by band broke and I was pretty pissed. After airing my grievances on here they offered a replacement due to the warranty. The replacement arrived, this time a rope band as I had requested that change. The rope band is much better if you have issues with small latches. The small latch on the braided band is incredibly difficult to latch for me, and ultimately broke because of the difficulties created. ToTwoo worked with me and I am happy with the outcome. My advice is to update your models so that the parts are more replaceable)

Really have enjoyed sharing this with my wife these last few days but the band has broken on day three and the resolution is to receive a new product 😐. Setup on Android/Pixel was a hassle and helpful resources are non existence or even incorrect.

Once we got them working we were able to enjoy them for 2 days.

The braided leather band is very difficult to latch/connect for someone with short nails (most men I'll assume) - and if you didn't know this beforehand there they do not have band replacements for the totwoo love bracelets. I do not believe this is stated on the website otherwise.

I love the concept and the experience with my partner, it's great for adults with childhood abandoned issues - but the difficulty connecting, finding helpful resources, and then the inability to change faulty bands does provide some challenges.

Amazing and fun product

My bestie and I absolutely love this product! Due to chronic illness we’re much more apart than we’d like to be, and the ToTwoo gives us the opportunity to let the other one know that we think about them without the need for a more tiring app or phone call. We unboxed and personalized it together and now we’re having so much fun with it. And now even my caregivers are interested in purchasing! The installation was very easy and so is the use. The battery lasts longer than I expected, and charging is a breeze. Thank you for inventing this!

If I could give zero stars and get them…

If I could give zero stars and get them shut down I would. The product first of all is falsely advertised. Literally is no excuse for multiple customer reviews saying the same line, "It Doesn't Work". I purchased the bracelets for my wife for her birthday and it connected but would only stay connected when 5ft together. It will NOT EVER Connect both outside the 5ft radius. For the price which is bogus for rechargeable blinking aluminum bracelets im sorry.

Things to know before buying

Edited to add: since writing this review, the company has been extremely responsive and made things right. I have my money back and their deepest apologies. After this, I would do business with them again.

Things to know before buying from Totwoo:
You cannot have more than ONE paired jewelry set. You can't have one with a partner and one with a friend. You are limited to one paired set.
THEIR RETURN PROCESS IS HORRENDOUS!! I paid to ship my products back to them and they received them on 04/03/2025. It is 04/22/2025 and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY BACK! They said it would take two weeks and we're at three weeks now. They have no response to this except for, be patient.
If you are an iPhone user - these products do not work as well on the iPhone operating system. You must keep the app open at all times, and the app always shows a notification that doesn't go away no matter what you do. It does function with iPhones, just not as well.

Order failed to deliver !!! no refund ! (EDIT: I got it a month later!)

My order was dispatched, but sadly didn't reach me. Apparently, Amazon messed up my phone and email info, so I was never informed about the incoming package. It was returned to Totwoo.

I contacted Totwoo to request them to send it again, and they kindly agreed they will over their website support chat.

It has been 2 weeks and i received no information on the package, if it has been sent, or if i want a refund, nothing.

Their chat on the website only has AI that cannot assist me, and they never replied to any of my emails about this issue.

PLEASE send me the package, or give me a refund. So far have no reason to rate higher than 1*.

Month later than originally stated, I have actually received my parcel.
I have to say I am really surprised because the reply I got to this review sounded like written by AI and I got no indication that the parcel was actually shipped, but today I got an email in the morning about parcel delivery and indeed I got it.
Thank you! But the process was insane and lengthy.

I bought these for me and my…

I bought these for me and my long-distance date-mate. I had no trouble pairing my bracelet to my phone & app, but my date-mate had a very difficult time getting their bracelet to pair. It took about a half hour of trial and error for them to be able to get it to work.That being said, they work great once they are actually paired. My date-mate doesn't leave their bluetooth on and the app running 24/7, so it's nice that my app lets me know when their bracelet is connected or not, so I know when I can send a note.I haven't noticed that it drains my phone battery a lot, maybe a total of 5% more than usual, which is fine for me.

I got this for me and my boyfriend, and it’s been so nice to have on! It works completely with both of them, the app just has to stay on in the background and it doesn’t take up any battery (maybe like 1%), it is super cute and a fun gift to have for partners or super close friends.

My girlfriend and I live about 40…

My girlfriend and I live about 40 minutes away from each other. I am super happy with how these are working. She is going out of town this weekend for a conference and I’ll update this review after the weekend. However, after one day of using them, I’m pretty happy with how these work!
I recommend reading ALL the instructions and doing everything the set up guide tells you to you to do. Once I was set up, I turned off a lot of the functions in the app (like for calls) and am just using it for the “thinking about you” function. It’s great for that! I’m really happy with these. I think it’s a great way for my girlfriend and I to let each other know that we are thinking about each other throughout the day.

The vibrating part is smaller than I…

The vibrating part is smaller than I thought, which isn't a bad thing, and I have noticed that the length of the vibration is constant (as in it's always the same length, no longer and no shorter), but overall very good product (btw it clips to the charger which I think is really good)

Wasn’t sure what to expect with all the…

Wasn’t sure what to expect with all the mixed reviews but it seems we’ve had great luck with our bracelet set. First, it comes beautifully packaged and even included a gift bag so it’s literally giftable right out of the box. It’s sturdy, high quality, and comes fully charged (at least ours did). They are very nice looking and feel secure (not flimsy feeling at all, has a nice weight and size to it). The inscription on the inside is such a sweet touch. I think the only complaint I have is that the app is a bit wonky when setting up initially but certainly not a deal-breaker. Overall, we are both very happy with this purchase and I feel confident in recommending it to others. Hope that helps a bit!
