Totwoo's website was easy to browse and order from, and the order arrived a lot quicker than I anticipated, which was nice.
Having jewellery titled smart jewellery confirmed that a phone was required and I would likely need to download an app.
I was presently surprised by the quality of the items, they are truly beautiful.
The setup process was easy with the quick setup booklet and the QR scan option.
I did run into an issue when the bracelet stopped working, however this was quickly resolved after going into the app and it giving me an alert to what the issue was - you need to think of it as a notification system, the thing I was happy with was that the option to not receive these notification on your phone was available.
After receiving the product I decided I wanted to exchange one and found the information on their website easy to access with simple instructions. I received emails to confirm mine were received and they always emailed me back quickly.
I am very happy with my items and the whole experience, I would definitely recommend this to family and friends

I am absolutely delighted with the customer service I have received! I ordered the sun and moon for me and my partner and dropped mine…. It smashed but it was a big drop so it was entirely my fault, I got in touch with them and even though it was my fault they sent me another sun one to replace!!! I’m so happy they did this as they didn’t have to. Thankyou!!!

I love the product I got but when I ordering I accidentally doubled my order. I emailed the company to return the xtra one and then the hassle came. 3 different emails back asking if I’m sure I want to return. Obviously if I emailed yall asking what I needed to do to get the extra one sent back and refunded.

Not great at all unfortunately.
Ordered 2 of the photo bracelets as gifts and they took a month to arrive, meaning I missed the occation they were meant for.
I'm not sure they would of arrived at all if I hadn't of emailed customer services after the 15 day delivery period was up, as they informed me they hadn't even been dispatched due to an address error as my house has a house name rather than a door number?! I confirmed my address given on purchase was correct and the bracelets arrived a further 15 days later.
I thought they would arrive in a nice gift box of some kind but they were just in a small bag.
The quality is extremely poor. The 'leather' bracelets are actually cheap plastic.
The only reason I have given 2 stars is that the photos in the main part of the bracelets are perfectly fine.
Very disappointing considering the price and that these were to a gift to my step mother and Auntie for my late brother's birthday, an already difficult time.

I absolutely loved the bracelets; the quality is incredible, and they arrived in record time. The gemstones I bought for the bracelets are a perfect match. All I can say is thank you, although I would have loved for the packaging to have been a bit more elegant to complement the beautiful bracelets.

Totwoo is such a fun product. My girlfriend and I use it all day long to send little messages to each other. Instead of texting we can just press the bracelet and it let's the other person know we are thinking of them. Everyone we meet that sees them always asks what they are, and is so impressed with them. The customer service is also excellent. Highly recommend!

Overall the bracelets are such a good way for my partner and i to stay connected. I get lots of compliments on it, it’s beautiful. My bracelet stopped working recently and i was able to reach out to customer service and i discussed the issue and they were able to help with no issues at all, very nice customer support.

At first it all seemed great but when they arrived and I decided I didn't want them the problems started.
My boyfriend couldn't really use it because you need to be able to download the app and have a constant internet and Bluetooth connection. None of which is explained in the adverts.
First, you have to pay for the return postage so that took £11 of my food money. (I'm on a low income and used Klarna to purchase these)
Then, even though I put the exact address on the parcel that they gave me, I'm being told it was delivered to a pick up location and they can't collect it? I don't know why its so hard to just get someone to go and get it because if it gets returned to me I am not finding yet another £11 to send it AGAIN. They just keep telling me over and over to contact royal mail, which I have several times with no reply at all. Avoid. It really isn't worth the hassle.

I read the policy and it said if you can cancel your order within the first 12 hours I canceled my order in 3 hours and then they lied and said it had already shipped on a Saturday night and it hadn't I talked to him and talk to him and they swore up and down at it shipped I would never buy from them again they are dishonest business people.

I love the idea, the presentation as they came in. I got them for me and my grandson. He lost his sister and his mom moved away and he's having a hard time, and I thought having these, when he was feeling like he needed a hug, or he needed to be reminded that he was loved, this would be perfect. The required phone is a huge roadblock with this as he is in school, and I work in a building that doesn't get great reception. Nothing in the adds showed a requirement for this. If one phone was required we might have been able to make it work.. also because the phones had to be running the app constantly, I was not a fan. I had a challenge and was never able to completely get them to work as well.. returning mine as the cost of them vs., the amount of time we could actually use them, wasn't the best financial offset.

I’m pissed. First off, I paid an extra like $25 for express shipping. I did not get express shipping as I had to email them and be like ‘what the heck’ and they said my order ‘slipped through’ so it wasn’t fulfilled but they got it out then. No refund on my express shipping that wasn’t expressed. Mine works perfectly fine but my partners does not. I have been working with ‘customer service’ for a freaking week. No resolutions and today I was just told to ‘reach out to customer service’ BY CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a waste of a total of $223. I started working with customer service Sept. 1st 2025. *Blank* this company.
