Great overall experience
I've been with To the Moon about 5 months after moving over from Virgin and overall I have a great sim deal, good signal and the customer service via the app has been very helpful and efficient. I was advised to change my I'm due to a fault which meant taking on a new number, which was a pain though the £50 credit was a good bonus. I do find the performance of the app very unpredictable as it can freeze and I have had to restart my phone or reinstall the app. That said, I'm very pleased with the overall experience and think To the Moon are a great company which I plan to stick with.

Moved after 3 years+ with O2
Moved after 3 years+ with O2 which has terrible service in my area. Tried the free sim, ran a speed test and found a 10x boost in 4g.
App is clean, customer service has mostly been good (better than industry average).
Recommended.

At beginning of new Month it automatically defaults to last months data amount, I would prefer if you decided if you want too increase or decrease the amount before the app decides for you, but otherwise I am happy.

To the moon where quite helpful recently. Upgrading there services. But we had to do a mundane task of keeping our numbers I was annoyed. But in the end they went above and beyond. Customer service is great and I will be staying on the moon for a while. 😂👌

great customer service whenever i have had a issue fast mobile data and great technical support they have resolved any issues iv had almost straight away had one issue where i couldn’t top up but they gave me brilliant support and amazing compensation so glad i switch to tothemoon mobile they have been brilliant right from the beginning

Impeccable customer service, best network
Best network! Been with TTMM for a while now, an so glad I discovered this network. Prices are great for the monthly bundles, but the customer service sets them apart from others, when they had an issue taking payments recently they sent out new sim cards and loaded accounts with £50 credit for the inconvenience. For me this means around 6 months free. They use the EE network so coverage is good. Will not consider changing network

The best provider I have ever had. The service is very reliable. Calls, data, messages with no issues.
I am very happy with the internet speed and its latency. They offer big amount of data, unlimited mins, text for a fair price and without restrictions. It's pleasure to be in TTM :)

This company will never take off.
Signed up for a 3 months 10gb for £10. Then received an email stating that due to a billing issue they had to reissue me a SIM card with a new number. I could port out and port back in if I wanted to keep it, they also gave £50 credit. I got the new sim, activated it through the painful TTM app and it eventually activated, 10gb with £50 credit. Two weeks later I then selected a new bundle from the credit they gave me, assuming that this would take place thirty days after my current allowance ran out. It did not. I was debited £6 and my remaining 9.5gb was removed and swapped with a 2gb plan. I then spoke to customer services on the app who kept closing the chat. On the third attempt they advised that it is what it is and that’s that. I then added another bundle on and it did exactly the same. Took my 6gb off put 20gb on and debited more credit from me. In the end I messaged the apparent CEO who said someone would get in touch with me. I then received the below email today from “customer services”.
“Hello Robert,
We provided our customers with 50 compensation credits for inconveniences they have faced due to the technical error occurred and changing platforms.
It is your right to add a new additional bundle at any time you wish, cause we don't have any contract. Please note that every bundle is available for 30 days.
We would like to thank you for being with us and we sincerely hope to see you among our clients in the future again!

A poorly written email and a bad response in my opinion.
If you want any further advice it is to stay away from this MVNO because if something sounds too good to be true, it is. And that’s To The Moon Mobile.

They don't want my money.
Ordered a sim after seeing them on a YouTube video. Always handy to have a spare. Well my young daughter wants to use my old iPhone to speak with her friends over the summer holidays and thought I could use the To The Moon sim card. No. Error after error. I contacted them through facebook messenger and well, all I got was the usual uninstall and reinstall the app etc. All stuff I had already tried. I gave them the number and the other long number on the back, and all I got was they would look into it. How long would this take? How long is a piece of string.
Needless to say, I hopped on the GiffGaff website, and they should have a sim card to me tomorrow.
Edit: Thanks for the reply. But really there is no need to get back to me. I have solved this an alternative way by using another provider.

ToTheMoon ... EE coverage at a fair Price.
I joined ToTheMoon networking since they use EE's mobile network. That gives the best coverage especially in the British countryside by some margin.
The 10GB data for 10 GBP plan is a real good deal. No commitments, just a pay for what you use. No long contract to get tied into.
As a networking specialist I appreciate using a phone network with decent data speeds not just in the city centres.
Recommended.

It is nice to see that a network DOES actually care about their customers!
