I’ve been using to the moon for a while now and I love it! The app is really easy to use, I had a couple of issues when I first signed up but customer service resolved the issues quickly. All in all I’m v happy :)

I would give 0 star. They left me in trouble and sent new sim. Because of their internal error I couldn’t topup my sim for days. Never anymore! This company itself is a mistake!

Unadvertised speed restrictions
Before I go any further, ToTheMoon is capped to 85 Mbps download and 35 Mbps upload.
They have repeatedly lied and stated there is no cap, but this is factually incorrect, and has been proved many times.

Great Deals Great Service
TTM have been rolling out great deals from the start. The lowest you can pay to get unlimited calls and texts is £6 a month and you can slide a bar up and down to choose basically how much data you get and how much you pay.
The selling point for me was the app. It's so easy to see your account balance without having to sign into a website on a browser or phone in.
And when I joined - I stayed! The customer service is the best in the business you really won't get better it's that simple.
It's live chat in the app and you put in your question. You can leave a question 24hrs a day and they will get back to you as soon as possible so you will never have to chase them and customer service have the power to make things right.

Great cheap option!
Price is super reasonable. Customer service is excellent. I got this as I wanted to travel and know it has good roaming. However, annoyingly the app won’t let me check my data usage abroad. With this fixed it would be 5 stars from me!

Hilariously bad
This is my first ever Trustpilot review as I don't normally feel the need to review or complain about a company, TTM mobile however thoroughly deserves 0 stars.
They have cancelled our sim with no prior warning when we were abroad leaving us without working phones for several weeks and make frequent changes to their Ts&Cs with no notice. It seems the tactic has been to provide an attractive offer, get you signed up then, pull everything away with literally no notice. The app is also hilariously bad, and by bad I mean it fundamentally doesn't work.
If you thought Brexit was a joke get ready for TTM mobile.

The network seems to be fine, although the app is a bit odd! Topping up isn't a swift process as it is with many other networks. The app doesn't warn you when your credit is running low unless you actually check, which seems a little odd, especially if you rely on data which doesn't necessarily run out on a given date

Exceptional quality and customer service
This is the fastest, cheapest and most convenient carrier service in my area. In the past I wasn't able to experience the true speeds of TTM because I live in a more remote area. However now I'm receiving upload speeds of +12MBps which is faster than WiFi. The customer service is almost always available and very efficient. No beauracratic and tedious procedures. My questions can be answered in a few seconds of submission. Paul is one of those very helpful staff!

Only had them a few days, but signal is good, price is good, they moved my number across very fast.
UPDATE: - Had them 6 weeks now, found out they do not support MMS images, so if you want pictures through on your texts, it wont work.
Their app needs improvements, its got menus all over the place, most of items in menus are just information, some of the icons dont work. But you can see which debit card they are taking money from, when its going out, how much data you have left. Calls and texts are unlimited. Its a shame they don't allow direct debit from your bank, would simplify matters.
Signal seems to cover a lot of areas, but speed is up and down. In the middle of the countryside I got 56 Mbps download and 60 Mbps upload, but in the middle of the city, I get 4Mbps download and 0.2Mbps upload! - Strange, I will keep my eye on it, but maybe its a supply issue...
Customer support is fantastic, no more hanging on the phone trying to get through to the right department., its all done on chat in the app and usually by just one guy.

Prices are ok, and the costumer service very responsive, but they're mobile app is horrible because most of the time is not working!!
Horrible app... Every time you need to ceck your balance, you have to log in... And if you don't have Wi-Fi, it's useless!!! DO NOT RECOMAND !!!
Yhey also have a banking tab, in the same app...but I wonder, with such a horrible app, who's gonna trust them with their money !! I personally, don't !!! Iwill switch as soon as possible and I advise you do the same !!!
