First of all, I want to clarify that the company fulfilled its obligations according to the contract, and I have no formal claims. However, I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others to avoid this company, as I do not recommend it and found my overall experience to be expensive, overpriced, and disappointing.

My case involves the Nomad Visa for Portugal, which I started in early 2026. I ultimately decided to withdraw from the submission process in the middle of 2026. The company completed only about 30-35% of what they were supposed to do under the agreement. Unfortunately, their policy makes it impossible for me to get a refund without resorting to legal action.

1. Lack of Power and Presence in Legal and Immigration Departments: The personnel in these departments could not assist in expediting document submissions or resolving issues with the immigration office—this is crucial when applying for documents in another country.

2. Limited Services Provided: They offered 1-2 consultations, created a Notion page listing the required documents, obtained a tax ID (which I could have done myself in 30 minutes), and shared a few contacts for signing tenant agreements and other matters. Beyond that, I was responsible for everything else: navigating the city, gathering all necessary documents, dealing with the immigration office, and translating everything—essentially managing all the logistics myself.

In my opinion, their most valuable service is the review of documents before submitting them for a visa. However, since I decided to relocate to another country, we did not utilize this service.

I attempted to negotiate a partial refund of the approximately €2,500 I paid, but their support team insisted they had fulfilled their obligations under our contract and that the agreement does not allow for refunds. While technically accurate, the issue is that their services were not fully delivered, and I believe I could potentially win a refund through legal action.

Unfortunately, the company is essentially untraceable legally, making it challenging and costly to file a lawsuit against them. As a result, I decided not to pursue any further action.

To summarize, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Your plans could change, and if they do, you might find yourself with no recourse for a refund.

My wife and I applied for the digital nomad visa in Spain with totamtotut, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team walked us through every single step clearly.
Timeline-wise: about 2-3 weeks to prepare the documents with their help, then around 1 month for the official translations. After submitting, we got our approval within a month.
Definitely recommend these guys. They also referred us to a company for finding an apartment — we're still in that process, but so far they seem equally professional.

My experience with this company was extremely traumatic. I didn't receive my visa, totamtotut owners offered to pay back my money. We've signed an agreement for a refund.

The first three payments were made — always late and only after I followed up — and then they disappeared entirely. All payment deadlines (both those specified in the contract and those the company owner Daniil Eskin confirmed in writing) have passed, and they have not responded to any messages for over a week.

The company replaced every single employee I had originally dealt with, right before my eyes. The tone of communication also shifted — from friendly to toxic. In conversations, they swung between excuses ("business is going badly, so we can't say when we'll pay") and threats to sue me for defamation if I posted a negative review of their work.

The feeling was that I was dealing with children who, out of helplessness, oscillated between aggression and self-pity. I've been in contact with them for a year now, and I'm disgusted by the entire experience. I feel robbed of my time and money. The majority of the refund has not been paid, with no explanation whatsoever.

A huge thank you! Throughout the residence permit process, I always felt supported — every question I had was answered quickly, clearly, and in the right tone.
Secondly, the community they are building among those who have relocated is a real bonus. We met up, went to concerts, football games, and all sorts of events. I was lucky to already have friends here, but for those moving alone, this is an enormous advantage.
