We asked the company to replace some window double glazed units in our wood frames, which they did to our satisfaction. We also asked them to replace a length of guttering as it ran adjacent to the windows. When it rained the gutter leaked from the downpipe so they came back and fixed it. The same gutter then leaked elsewhere. I asked them three times to rectify this too. No response. A pity as I won't be using them for future works.

We have looked into this review and PLEASE NOTE that this review is NOT a genuine customer of ours. We pride ourselves on responding to customers (especially if something we have actually done is not quite right) and this rang no bells with us whatsoever. I run the office and I am the point of contact for all of our customers, and at no point did we ever carry out a job for this person. When you think you have a bogus review you can flag it with TP and it gets sent back to the person who wrote it for a response for more information and they have 3 days to respond. Needless to say they did not respond. We've been in business for over 20 years so this review won't tarnish our amazing reputation, but nice try whoever it was! I have now flagged this review with TP.
