The service provided to me last year by Maz of Total Tax Accountants was simply outstanding. Maz went 'above and beyond' in providing the highest levels of customer service possible, with instant responses to my ever-demanding emails, despite the fact that I live in Australia! Maz was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and totally reliable, which is exactly what I need being on the other side of the world!

This year I had the need to contact Maz again with a few questions and the high levels of customer service most definitely haven't changed, in fact, I believe it has even improved further!!!!!

Thank you Maz! You are a true asset to your organisation and indeed the human race! Customer service of this excellent nature is very rare, and we need to bottle it and spread lots of 'mini Maz's' around!
