I feel so stupid. I didn’t see that TVAPE had a horrible reputation until after I purchased my vape. I found a ton of complaints. Apparently they buy their reviews so they look way better than they really are. I wasted my money on this Utillian vape that doesn’t work. Apparently this is extremely typical. Utillian is NOT a good quality brand, yet TVAPE totally makes these products look amazing. Vape battery dies after two three min sessions. I’m getting nothing off a pull unless it’s set to the max temp. I’ve went through so much herb and nothing. No matter what I do this device will not allow the effects to be even slightly felt. I’m making myself light headed from all the inhaling I have to do for nothing. I’d try returning it but with reading everything on Reddit, apparently this TVAPE company makes their “hassle free” return policy a real nightmare.

Customer support for warranty service is excellent: quick response, clear instructions, friendly manner.

You processed my order flawlessly. It was delivered on time to the correct address. When I ordered this product, (my third 'LITL 1' vape with an extra mouthpiece), your order dept. included the extra mouthpiece at no charge! Bonus! I always recommend TVape to my friends for their vape needs.

Rep @ vape was very helpful and knowledgeable. The Rep made several options and suggestions and got me set. Very customer service oriented.

What made my experience so positive was I was emailing someone who works there and in typical old lady fashion, I can't find the email or his name but he was really nice, friendly and very helpful. No matter how many stupid questions I asked, he patiently answered them. He provided some useful advice. He is truly an outstanding example of good customer service and it makes me consider TV Vape for future purchases. Actually, EVERYONE I dealt with there was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We need so much more of this!!!

I asked a refund in 30 days and it went well. it took some more time because of my poor reading skill. haha

The responses to my tickets were so fast that I missed one of the reply emails, even better was getting a follow-up email to check in on it. Easy to follow instructions with a clear detailing of what to expect
