Ordered carbon filter replacement for my cooker hood, week later got refund notification from topstrong no explanation. When emailed them they replied that filters are sold out and will not be available for next two months. Poor after sales.
I bought a Topstrong hob via Amazon but didn't get it fitted until after a month. It proved to be faulty and the seller wouldn't take it back. I contacted Topstrong Appliances direct and they were excellent. They arranged for a replacement within a week, no quibble. It has now been fitted and is working perfectly. A great product at an excellent price. They responded to emails promptly and their customer service was great.
