AVOID THIS COMPANY

Placed an order on the website and became concerned when I didnt get an order confirmation email.

Days passed and no item or contact from the business.

Reached out via email and Aamir said that he would look into the order. NOTHING.

I'm now chasing this company for my item and I suspect I will end up in a dispute on Paypal. GREAT!!

2 weeks since my order for an item which they said will be delivered in 3-4 days and no information yet inspite of repeated mails enquiring about the same. Should have listened to other reviewers before placing the order. Starting to feel its a scam.

Given you an average review because I returned a Samsung Tablet cover to you on 6th April asking for a refund .To date have had no reply from you Many thanks

Disappointed with lack of communication. And delivery told 3/5 days wasn't delivered for nine days no updates so bought another case from another company, now got two cases which I don't need

Happy with the iPhone SE case. Delivery and communication not so good. The case took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and I had zero updates or responses as to why it took so long.

It took longer than I thought for the case to turn up. It fits around the phone well but there are a few things that are annoying.
Because of the feature of creating a stand with the case, it can be quite floppy to handle. Because of the smooth finish of the case, it is also tricky to get the triangle to stay put. The incoming call reminder feature doesn't work on my iPhone.
All in all, it looks ok and gives good protection but it might not be what you are expecting.

The goods are as described. The company gave no acknowledgment of the order, left it to Worldpay to send a receipt and supplied no information as to when I was likely to receive it. They did respond to my request for information but by that time I had received the goods. Otherwise good, hence only 4 stars.

This item has been purchased as a gift. Love the colour and design. Was as described. No problem using this company again.

After emailing constantly and hearing nothing I eventually got told that item is out of stock Had to pass on to PayPal to get money back as service and communication was so bad. Avoid avoid avoid !!!

Phone case didn't fit model as advertised and contact ignored when I emailed to try and return.

The keyboard came with a grey mark across a few keys, and in general is not very sturdy. The keys have stickers on them rather than the characters/letters being printed onto the keys as standard. I have requested a return twice but Top Gadgets have not replied.
