Avoid. Use the alternative Shopback instead.

Avoid. Use the alternative Shopback instead. Closed my account due to apparent "multiple account use" policy. Have already proven to them prior that we have multiple accounts belonging to family and multiple ABNs running from same location and that this did not violate their user agreement. Another rep agreed that it was okay. Today just got our accounts closed. Didn't even communicate for review or clarification.

TopCashback delivers

TopCashback delivers cashback on everyday purchases as their website says. The website provides clear instructions on how to make purchases qualify and how to claim. If you read all instructions carefully and follow them, then the process works smoothly. I have already received several hundreds of dollars cashback from everyday purchases into my savings account.

Unfair Cashback Policy: Lost Rewards Due to Retailer Cancellation

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with TopCashback and MyDeal. I purchased three items on MyDeal via TopCashback, spending over $50 to earn rewards. However, the seller cancelled one item, and due to TopCashback's policy, I lost cashback on the entire purchase.
TopCashback's policy states: "If any part of an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account." I find this policy unfair, as it penalizes customers for issues beyond their control. TopCashback blames MyDeal for not paying the commission.
A more reasonable approach would be to prorate cashback rewards based on delivered items rather than cancelling the entire reward due to a single item cancellation by the seller.

The policy you referenced is correct. Cashback is only issued when the entire order is fulfilled without changes, as retailers typically don’t pay commission if any part of the order is cancelled. This is why cashback unfortunately can’t be passed on when a partial cancellation occurs—even if it’s outside the member’s control.

To help avoid any confusion, this policy is clearly stated on the merchant's cashback page and is visible to all members before making a purchase. We always recommend reviewing the terms and conditions for each retailer to understand how cashback eligibility may be affected by returns, cancellations, or modifications.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague. I used to make a lot of purchases over the last few months and have 2k payable, suddenly I'm unable to withdraw, no email from support or any communications from them. Super dodgy, have a look at their competitors who often have better rates. Willing to update this review if they sort it out.

So far so good

So far, my experience with Top Cashback has been excellent. As of now, it’s the best cashback platform in Australia, in my opinion. I don’t often write reviews, but I feel they deserve recognition for their hassle-free service, especially compared to the issues I’m currently facing with another cashback platform. New Hires Make All the Difference

I've been with TopCashback since its inception. There were teething problems in the first couple of years, but with the new hires it has since matured into a reliable and responsive outfit. Sometimes when a transaction fails to track for whatever reason, it's reassuring to have a dependable support team to help resolve the problem.

It was very easy to change my payout…

It was very easy to change my payout destination.
I needed some money to buy food so I can feed my possums. The money came at the right time. It is not fair being on a pension, but every bit counts.
I have TopCashBack Australia to thank for money to feed my possums, the pension did not go far enough this fortnight. Times are tough on a lot of Aussies, actually, on a lot of people around the world. We were the lucky country, but we squandered the royalties from the mining boom; we should have build infrastructure instead of closing factories, selling off our businesses to OS & our homes to OS, that is why we are in the shit! We make nothing here, so we get nothing in our pockets while house prices go up due to no houses being built. /rant
