Customer service does not exist. Product has been in transit for 21 days as of 7/23/24.

Quality beginners bow.
Similar to the discontinued PSE Buckeye.

There were issues with the delivery, and my bow and arrows came without full directions to put the bow together.

Shipping takes Forever! I still haven’t recovered my third shipment. I emailed customer service several days ago, but they haven’t responded.

Great delivery, great item

I placed an order online and didn't realize the order was coming from China and didn't have time to wait before my child's archery camp. I tried to cancel the order and was negotiated to keep the order for extra equipment. When the bows arrived they didn't even have arrow rest and the extra equipment wasn't present. I ended up buying another bow from Bass pro Shop for my son and it works great.

The bow was very good quality

At first my order got lost or misplaced or…who knows. I got an order confirmation but never a shipment notice. I emailed customer service, got a very quick response, and the situation was corrected in no time.

We are happy with the product, but after ordering, I got an email saying my entire order had shipped and listed the things in the order with the tracking number when in fact only ONE of my items shipped. So when it got here I had to contact customer service who gave me 2 tracking numbers and a special app to download but the app never updated the tracking so I still had no idea where things were and it took about a month for the other items to show up. All boxes were damage while shipping, should be harder boxes for protecting the contents better because the arrows we ordered all have BENT FLETCHINGS!!! Not happy. Will not be ordering from here again.

I only got to use the bow 2 weeks before it delaminated

Arrived quickly and exactly what I ordered just like last time.

The bow & arrows were great. But the second bow string I purchased was the wrong size. It was a birthday present for my son. They had a blast this last weekend, trying it out. Wish the spare string was right.

The company sells an outstanding bow, given that I bought two 60" recurve takedowns and extra limbs. The workmanship is great, they shoot well, the engineering is superior as the units stay tightly intack through repeated shooting. I would like to see their tracking method improve, it is rather vague until the product gets on American soil. Two weeks from China to USA, SC both orders.

I ordered a 62" top archery hunting bow ,it is very accurate at any yardage it shoots just as good if not better than a 1000$ custom bow . And that is the bottom line truth just try one you probably will be sick you bought a custom bow for 1000$ +.

Nice arrow tips, but stangely very slow to arrive.
