Following on from my review posted on 27th March, I got an email saying they would investigate with the delivery company and if parcel was deemed lost, they would refund the payment. Have heard nothing since then, the silence from them is deafening. Terrible service.
I bought a pair of shin guards (G-form Pro X Elite CE) for my 12 year old son. The materiale on the back broke the first time he took them off. Top4Football refuse that it should be a fault in the material even though that it did not happen due to misuse.

Please do consider buying from this website, because when you buy shoes (what I did) and they don't fit, you'll have to pay the full price to send them back. In my case this was like €20,-. The return delivery is also taking almost a month by now and still haven't heard anything since.
I think you're better of buying from a certified webshop where most people buy from instead of buying at a webshop like this. It'll save you a lot of money, stress and problems.

Avoid ordering from this website I ordered a jersey from my son weeks ago, it looks like from the 14th of December to the latest update on track and trace on 21st of December the jersey still hasn't moved out of Germany, and still has to be delivered to Ireland, I dread to think how long it's going to take It's ridiculous how slow the delivery is. I won't be making any further purchases.

This must be the worst customer service i have ever met. First of all, to create a claim i need to ship my product on my own expense all over Europe to get a yes or no, taking over a month to process. Second, the response is no and just a link to the terms and conditions. When i ask followup questions i dont get answers but a notification that the damaged product are shipping back to me. Case closed.
Think twice before buying anything from this company!😡

However, we do offer a free return when we are checking your claim. We always try to reply within 24hours. Claims are only shipped back to the customer, if the damage was not by quality issue, but by wrong use of the customer. (for example football boots for grass used on the streets instead)

I ordered 2 tracksuit tops and 2 tracksuit bottoms on the 28th of January. They arrived on the 16th of February. They cost €147.45. They were all Nike and good quality. They took longer to arrive then I hoped but were worth the wait.
