I placed an order on 27 November 2025, but didn’t receive tracking details for several days. After emailing and messaging the seller, they said there was an issue with the Sporting Lisbon 2001–2003 retro jersey and offered me a replacement (Real Madrid 2006–07 retro jersey), which was also unavailable. I then requested a refund, and they promised it within 5–7 days, but despite several follow-ups, I still haven’t received it. The seller is now not responding to emails, WhatsApp messages, or calls.

Unprofessional and Untrustworthy – Ignored My Cancel Request and Messages
I placed an order with TopFootball.in on March 17, 2025 and submitted a cancel request the same day due to a change in preference. Since then, I have not received any confirmation, refund, or response from the store.
I contacted them through Instagram, WhatsApp, and Gmail — they ignored all my messages. Even worse, when I commented on their Instagram post about my issue, they deleted my comment instead of responding. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and transparency.
It’s been months, and my cancel request is still marked as "pending." I was genuinely interested in ordering more jerseys from them, but after this experience, I don’t trust this store anymore.
If you're considering ordering from them — be cautious. They may ignore you after taking your money.
