We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed. However, the product description clearly states the following warning before checkout:
“In different versions. Please note: No choice possible! Price is per piece.
(When ordering multiple quantities, you may receive the same version.)”
Unfortunately, this means customers cannot select a specific version/design beforehand. We always advise reading the product description carefully before placing an order.

Bedankt voor uw review. We begrijpen dat het erg teleurstellend is wanneer een bestelling wordt geannuleerd, zeker bij een populair product als deze Pokémon-uitgave.
De annulering is echter niet gedaan om de artikelen later tegen een hogere prijs te verkopen. Pokémon-producten worden binnen Top1Toys uitsluitend verkocht door onze winkels, die worden gerund door zelfstandige ondernemers. Deze artikelen maken daarom geen deel uit van het vaste assortiment van de webshop.
Onze winkels zijn zelfstandig en bepalen zelf hun assortiment, voorraad en verkoopprijzen. Hierdoor kunnen beschikbaarheid en prijzen per vestiging verschillen. Dit staat los van de webshop en van eventuele annuleringen.
We begrijpen dat dit voor u een vervelende ervaring is geweest en bieden onze excuses aan voor de onduidelijkheid die is ontstaan. We hopen dat deze toelichting meer helderheid geeft.

Zuru Max bricks doesn't stay stacked
The max police station bricks looks amazing but doesn't hold together and falls apart only from touching it while building it , so it's frustrating for my 6 yrs son

So Bad.
Today in Wezep,I went there to shop with my kids,we bought a toy,I paid for it and when I left the shop,one of the girls working there came running behind me and accused me of "stealing" then I told her politely,I paid for it, would you like to see my receipt?she said "okay it's fine I don't need to see it ".why didn't she ask the other girls if I paid or not before jumping in to conclusions and accused me in front of my kids?it's not the first time I'm buying there.
