Sold our young son a car with illegal tyres & a cam belt snapped within 10 weeks of purchase. Company refusing any responsibility for a huge bill we now face. Sold not fit for purpose.

Excellent service from start to finish. Price offered was price paid. Super smooth transaction, would highly recommend.

Very efficient and optimised experience. Contacted initially by phone to arrange a viewing the next day, which took all of half hour before money was in my account and they left with the car. They also take care of all admin to do with road tax refunds and log books.

No nonsense, straight forward and a pleasure dealing with them. Rare to find such service these days. Highly recommend.

I was so nervous about going down this route - there are so many horror stories about businesses like this coming out, kicking the tyres, finding imaginary problems and basically reducing the price substantially. I contacted a lot of different companies, but thought Luke was very helpful and knowledgeable so decided to give it a go and see what happened. Yes, we were offered the same amount through another company - but I had a good feeling about this. Two other guys arrived. They were clearly very knowledgeable about cars, knew what they were looking for and worked methodically to see that it was what I said it was. They found two issues with my car that I hadn't realised were there - but I understood what they were saying and why the price dropped a little. To be honest, I thought they were fair with their assessment of what looked like two trolley dings. They paid off the outstanding loan, transferred the rest of the money to me - and then even checked it was in my account before driving off. I was quite blown away by how easy that was!! Highly recommended!
PS - I never write reviews. But this was just such a great transaction that I decided for anyone else who might feel doubtful like me, it might be helpful to know!

Was very skeptical, but thought I've got nothing to lose as no obligation. Quote was much higher than anywhere else. I was very honest about damage so the price reflected that but I was very happy.
On the day of collection they kept in contact so I knew when to expect them.
They inspected the car and found damage that I didn't know was there. They subsequently reduce price by £150, which I accepted as I thought it was fair.
The 2 guys were very friendly and at no point did I feel under pressure.
Took less than 5 minutes for the money to arrive in my bank.
Would definitely use again and would recommend.

Jack Came by train to collect car had a look round my audi Rs5 and was happy to take it paid the finance and gave me the remaining balance the company to go to when selling a car top people highly recommended!
