Great service. All fitted within a day and fitters were so helpful in setting everything up. Always helpful when calling into the office for queries.

I had a great experience with SESE. They answered my question from the start to the end and I felt confident I made the right choice for my house.
The surveyor, the electrician and the roofers were all really professional and on the day of installation I was left with the feeling of good work.
I didn't give 5 stars because SESE chose to work with a scaffolding company that was awful and didn't communicate. I had to chase them to get the date they would install the scaffolding. When they did, they left without even saying goodbye. When they installed it, they blocked the garage door, which I asked them not to. It made the electrician's life more difficult. After the installation, it took the scaffold company more than a week to take it down and it was blocking my entire driveway which, with the parking issues we encounter in my area, was far from ideal.

The staff are extremely helpful - they took the trouble to answer all my questions in detail, both pre- and post-installation. The installation itself was completed in one morning! The scaffolding company was also extremely efficient, installing the scaffolding very quickly and removing it the day after the installation.
I have had a few technical glitches since the solar panels were installed, but these are problems with the FoxCloud app not with SES, who have helped me to resolve them.

We used SESE to install 16 solar panels, a battery storage system and an EV charger. SESE made the entire process very simple to follow. Everything was done on time, with no mess and all of their staff were polite and courteous throughout the entire process. Our special thanks goes out to Jade and Cameron. The entire system is working as planned. We would highly recommend them when considering solar and EV installation.

Great experience with SESE. Good communication throughout and polite and helpful installers. All went well and they tidied up afterwards. All paperwork received without any issues.
Slight niggle with the use of the separate scaffolding company as the scaffold was up for 2 weeks after installation completed meaning I couldn't use my drive and the scaffold affected my satellite dish for this period, but this is organised by SESE through a separate company. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to use SESE again.

I found working with this company a please, very flexible, all done to spec as agreed but also a flexible company where i was able to tune the spec over time before the work. On the day all work was done on time and without damage. Would happily use again.

Really enjoyed working with South East Solar and I am over the moon with my installation which was installed VERY efficiently by a friendly and polite team. The same can be said of the office based team and the scaffolding team and I think it's a great asset to have the scaffolding and solar all under one roof.

Very helpful staff and efficient installation and tidy

The team installed solar panels on the 26th Feb 2026. Excellent service all round from the electrician who did the cable, battery and inverter installation. Very informative and offered advice. The panel installation team even cleaned out my guttering whilst on the scaffolding as I asked if I could use their ladder to go up onto the scafgold to do so. They did it for me instead. Used South East Solar as part of the Solar Together programme through KCC.
Everyone has been polite and friendly from the initial survey and the installation.
They were able to install within 2 weeks of finalising the quote (they could have done it sooner but we were not ready).
The job was done in 1 day, nothing was too much trouble, even when the electrician had to go back to the depot for a replacement part (2hr round trip).
They spent time explaining the solar panels, how the system works, and how to use the app.
Was very satisfied with the service.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service, product and the process. When we rang, the phone was answered immediately and our questions were answered fully. The Surveyor was on time, friendly, polite and helpful. As was the fitter, who was really efficient too and made an excellent job placing our battery in the best place. No mess and everything left tidy. Excellent job!
