This company is very misleading in…
This company is very misleading in their advertising. I bought their other product HumanPal and could not generate one single video. It is very slow and really unusable so the LIFETIME is just FAKE advertising. Stay away

NO REFUND GUARANTEE!!!
I purchased ToonBee with the understanding that it would give me lifetime access to the application and a renewable monthly credit. Unfortunately, the credit is a one-time purchase. If you want more credit, you need to buy more.
So, this is more like buying a printer (access to the website) for lifetime access, but to make it useful, you need to buy more ink (credits).
I contacted support, and they said the refund request has been forwarded, but didn't provide any follow-up information.
The product itself works fine and is very cool. The customer service ruined the whole experience.
The company sells other products such as ClipBee and ToonBee.
Misleading advertisement
I am happy I saw the reviews before purchasing. I hate misleading advertising. Many of them advertise one time payment, and then only to take you to another upsell page. And many of them have so many upsells like about 4- 6 upsell amking you pay hunge prices around close to 300-500. That is dishonest, very dishonest. Please give your buyers the different pricing layers of the product/services and what the product entails for each layer. Allow people to have a choice, it's like selling cat in a dog bag. Very misleading. Not may people have that kind of money to throw out like that, what is the sense of spending for a product with the hope of using it to its full potential, only to discover what you have spend is not giving you the full usage unless you buy add-ons which was unknown to you? And then you are not given a refund and yet you are still unable to use the product, making it useless. You basically have a product sitting down their because you DO NOT have sufficient funds to upgrade- IT BECOMES WASTE OF MONEY.
ToonBee is a really impressive tool
ToonBee is a really impressive tool, especially if you want to create animated videos without dealing with complicated software.
What I like most is how easy the workflow feels. You can start with an idea, build scenes, add characters, and turn it into a fun animated video much faster than I expected. The interface is clean, beginner-friendly, and much easier to understand than many other AI video tools I’ve tried.
I also appreciate that the team seems to be actively improving the platform and adding new features. It feels like a tool with a lot of potential, especially for creators, marketers, educators, and small businesses who want to make engaging cartoon-style videos.
Overall, I’m very happy with ToonBee so far and excited to keep using it for more projects. Highly recommended.
Nice
To be honest, I’m pretty impressed with this AI video generator. Surprisingly smooth and cinematic vidoes and it's super easy to use even if you're not experienced with editing. I've used some other tools in the past and this one just feels more natural and polished. Absolutely worth trying.
Misleading pricing and poor product
Intially the pricing looked really good, it was advertized as "lifetime access" for just $52. I decided to spend my well earned money and no sooner had I made my purchase was I lead to the next screen offering the PRO version.
Basic features were not offered to plebs with the version I'd just bought and I figured I'd pay another $115 because I'm in now.
I was then taken to the next screen where I was offered a subtitle package for $47, I decided to skip this and get making videos.
When I got into ToonBee I found I had a limited number of credits and this was not the "lifetime access" I'd been sold. I understand generating videos is expensive but that's not the point. They sold it as lifetime access and were not upfornt about this fact.
The product itself has some cool editing features but oh my word the videos it generates are terrible. It can't get basic text right and doesn't follow basic prompts or simple animations.
I am very upset and hope I get a refund soon (which they promise if you're not satisfied)
Misleading Pricing, Hidden Costs & Refund Nightmare
I was initially advertised a lifetime access deal for $52. However, once I completed the payment, I was immediately pushed to pay for additional upsells — a voiceover option and a Pro plan — which brought my total to $115. I accepted this, thinking it was still a reasonable one-time lifetime deal.
But when I actually accessed ToonBee, I was asked to pay for monthly credits on top of everything I had already paid. This was never disclosed upfront. The so-called "lifetime access" is meaningless if you still need to pay monthly just to use the product.
To make matters worse, getting a refund has been a nightmare. I requested a refund the very next day, having not used a single credit — which clearly meets their own published refund policy (within 60 days and less than 50% of credits used). Despite this, my refund request has not been honored. Instead of processing it promptly, their support keeps stalling and avoiding a straight answer.
The advertising is misleading, the pricing is not transparent, the "lifetime" deal is not what it claims to be, and their refund policy appears to exist only on paper. There are far more affordable and honest alternatives available online. I would strongly advise others to research thoroughly before purchasing.
