Worthless 'No Fuss' Money Back Giarantee
I bought ToonBee after seeing YouTube adverts promoting "unlimited AI video generation", a one time purchase, and a 60 day no quibble money back guarantee. Those claims were the reason I decided to buy it. I also paid extra for the Pro upgrade to unlock additional features.
After testing it, I created just a few Seedance 2.0 videos and had almost exhausted my 500 AI credits. That immediately made me question the claim of "unlimited AI video generation".
As the software wasn't for me, I requested a refund on the same day I purchased it, under the advertised 60 day money back guarantee.
To their credit, they replied quickly, but instead of processing my refund they repeatedly tried to persuade me to keep the product by offering additional AI credits and free upgrades, including caption and voice packs. I politely declined each offer because the extras weren't the issue.
My concern was that the advertising had led me to expect unlimited AI video generation, yet the AI features were limited by a credit system.
In their replies they repeatedly explained that AI video generation requires expensive GPU processing and that this is why they use a credit system. I understand that. However, they never addressed my actual question about how that fits with the advertising claim of "unlimited AI video generation".
It has now been four days since my last email requesting a refund, and I have received no response. If they resolve this or respond, I will happily update this review.
I have just fallen in love.
I already love it — I can’t even put it into words without sounding like I’m exaggerating. It’s exactly what I’ve been wanting. There’s quite a bit to learn, but it’s just a matter of experimenting. - Like anything new, it takes time to learn.
And as for the credits — well, being creative comes at a cost. It’s worth every bit of it.
Working on my second project
Working on my second project. So far, it is fun and very easy to navigate.

So last night i had an issue with generating my first video from my phone. I ended up switching to my computer and it worked fine.
Seeing how everything was placed i suspect that i might have to reduce my screen size on my phone to see if that will enable the generate button to show on my phone. Ill check that later.
But my 5 star rating is because i greatly appreciate that when i need help someone is available to walk me through my issue and yes i was able to create my first toon yesterday.
It was easy and enjoyable.
Another AI tool that fails to deliver
I found Toon Bee to be just another AI program that promises a lot but delivers only average results. Like most AI products, it is limited by the experiences and interpretations of its programmers. Perhaps once AI becomes more robust and capable of working across a wider scope, platforms like Toon Bee may be worth investing time and money into.
When I downloaded Toon Bee, I quickly realized it was not as advertised. I was surprised to discover that credits were required, which essentially act as a subscription charge based on usage rather than time. This felt misleading.
The platform also struggled to follow scripts. Each AI-generated mistake consumed credits to fix, which made the process frustrating and costly.
Requesting a refund was another challenge—I had to send about five or six emails before it was resolved. To their credit, I did eventually receive the refund, though the process was unnecessarily drawn out.
Overall, I found Toon Bee very limiting in how it processed my inputs to create a final product. I had hoped it would help me update and refresh my hundred short training videos on YouTube, but unfortunately, it isn’t yet up to the task.
Auronpod now using Too Bee to explain to customer how to use our products. WOW
I have downloaded Too Bee it's working well. I have a new product and toon bee has helped with me explaining this to my customers. Thank you Toon Bee.
Characters are not the same in each scene.
Although it says that the characters would be always the same, they wear different suit in the next scene/image, even in different variants.
Im learning to use this very creative package and the possibilities look endless for me.

Melissa was a great help in answering my questions about Toonbee and how to purchase more additional credits when I am down to 0.

Excellent video quality and it is good for having so many different styles.
digging Toonbee so far ...
I’m new to Toonbee and, overall, I’m really enjoying it. It does most of what I need and want it to do, and the quality of the videos has been impressive so far.
My main concern is with the advertising. The promotion stated that I could "generate as many toon videos as you desire" with a "one-time price." After purchasing, I discovered there are credit limits, and additional features require upgrading. While I did upgrade and received more credits, the service still isn’t truly unlimited as the advertisement seemed to suggest. I have screenshots to prove it.
I’m also hoping the licenses I purchased remain one-time payments as advertised and that there aren’t any unexpected recurring costs down the road.
That said, despite my concerns about the marketing and credit limitations, I would still give Toonbee 4 out of 5 stars. It’s significantly better than any other AI video app I’ve tried, and the platform has delivered strong results for my projects.
I had issues with the site on day one…
I had issues with the site on day one and it was not for me. So I contacted them the same day to cancel and ask for refund as they advertise that if you are no happy with the service it will be refunded. I have received the run around. I have asked over 5 times and each time they offer me free add on ... I tell them I do not want the ad on.. i want a refund.. And still they do not get a straight answer and get my money back.. I get more run around. This is bad bad bad business.. especially when you advertise that you will refund if not happy.
so far...I'M LOVING IT!
so far...Im loving the customer service. Everyone is so helpful! Im slowly learning the program and how I need to explain to AI what I want. But so far so good!
Easy to use but need more experience in…
Easy to use but need more experience in knowing exactly what I want. Have create 5 or 6 videos that I am proud of but need to learn more about customizing to meet my specific desires. Highly recommend but there is a learning curve.
I have really enjoyed this tool
I have really enjoyed this tool. It has a learning curve as all new tech does and it does take some work to get what you want. Once you understand how best to work it, it works well. I suggest using the help AI as well as going through the how to videos. They help. My only real complaint is not understanding about the use of credits when I bought in. I didn't realize how many credits I would need to do what I want. The higher "priced" credit AIs create better quality and closer to what you want. But again, not knowing that you would need to buy credits was a surprise. Knowing it now? I would still buy in, it is perfect for my marketing campaigns and what I want to see happening for my business.
Its Good Platform to make virtual live…
Its Good Platform to make virtual live your dream idea and fantasy.
If voice pack and video generating model like seedance 1.50 or kling to add free in pro plan then it is better to engage the subscriber and promotor happy. So I am deducting 1 star.
