I've enjoyed Toonbee
I've enjoyed Toonbee, but I've had difficulty understanding how credits work. I've had a lot of reiterations and wish credits worked better. I've been hesitant to do more videos, but I can't complain about the quality.
SCAM 100% honeypot trap
SCAM 100% honeypot trap, once paid forget about refund, then to use it you have to pay fore credit, so this is well planned honeypot scam, once paid say bye bye to your money.
I am impressed with the capabilities…
I am impressed with the capabilities and features of Toon Bee. I found this tool to be incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, allowing me to create a variety of cartoon characters that were rich in detail and personality.
The platform's ability to generate high-quality characters on the fly was truly remarkable. I was able to experiment with various cartoon styles, and each time I received unique results that inspired me creatively. There are credits used for generation, but you can select the option with less credits, or you can upload your own image for free and continue your story.
Customer support provided by Toon Bee has been excellent. Any issues or concerns I had were addressed promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Toon Bee upgrade to pro and the add on voice over helps complete the package if it were sold in one package for 300 that would be a good deal, the offer separate purchases Toon Bee no upgrade you get the basic but still useful.
Toonbee is All You Need
I have used many video creating softwares. Some advertise really professional results, they don't give the results to a newcomer. I started with Insta Doodle, then to Clip Bee and now to Toon Bee. The others were good, but this Toon Bee is amazing! Once I got it figured out, I was blown away. I feel like I am a professional! I would recommend getting the Pro version if you really want professional stuff. If you are a teacher, the basic product is all you need.
They never sent a link to their cloud based app
They never sent a link to their cloud-based app. They had no trouble trying to upsell me but I checked and rechecked in my email and got a Welcome email where they tried to upsell me again to the PRO version but there was no link to the actual cloud based app. I had to ask Gemini how to access the app. The app itself is fine but the user experience during enrollment is terrible.

I’m a bit irritated that the app won’t let me bypass the review. I’ve only created 1 thing. I paid for the app and the upgrades I should be able to bypass the review popup

The base ToonBee license includes 500 bonus credits.
Those included credits are one-time credits, not monthly renewals. Credits themselves do not expire.
Yes, once you use up your credits, you would need more credits if you want to keep using paid AI generation. You can also keep working with your own uploaded images, videos, voiceovers, and music, and still edit and export for free.
For 8 to 10 second AI video scenes, the cost is usually about 3 to 20 credits per scene for the video clip itself, depending on the model. In simple terms, 500 credits can cover quite a lot of short clips, but the exact number depends on whether you are also generating images, voiceover, and music.
A rough guide:
Budget models can go much further
Premium models use credits faster
A full 5-minute AI video usually needs about 30 to 60 scenes
500 credits typically covers about 1 to 2 complete 5-minute AI videos
Yes, you can upload your own recurring character images and use them as character references. ToonBee helps keep characters visually similar across scenes, but it is not a locked consistency system, so results still depend on prompts, style, model choice, and scene setup.
Yes, you can create multi-scene videos.
Scene limits depend on the license:
Standard ToonBee supports up to 10 scenes per project
ToonBee PRO supports up to 50 scenes per project
For credit use per scene:
AI image generation: 1 credit
AI video clip: 3 to 20 credits depending on model
AI voiceover: 0.1 credit per scene
AI music: 5 credits per track
If you mean monthly credits, ToonBee itself is not a monthly credit renewal plan by default. The included license credits are one-time. Separate monthly credit packs are available if you want recurring credits.
Yes, ToonBee videos can be used for commercial use and YouTube monetization.
No, ToonBee does not add a watermark to exported videos.
Yes, there is a project limit:
Standard: 25 projects
PRO: 50 projects
Yes. ToonBee purchases are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee.
Also, selected models include a free quota of 30 generations every 6 hours for images, voices, and some video generations, so even with low credits you can still keep creating in many cases.
If you want, I can also recommend which ToonBee option makes the most sense for your goal, for example YouTube shorts, story videos, or 5 to 10 minute educational videos.
Thanks,
Mellissa

Another great app!!!
This is another great app by the same people who made Revoicer and ClipBee. I'm very happy with the quality of the animation videos and that the app allows you to use your own resources. This is a good company and I highly recommend this app for anyone needing excellent quality animation videos.
the probability that of service interruption within the next 6 months is between 75% and 90%
The Deepseek assessment is that the probability of encountering a significant and disappointing issue (either a product that doesn't work as promised or a service that is discontinued) within the next 6 months is between 75% and 90%. This is not a service on which one should depend for critical business operations or consider a reliable long-term asset.
Hence, based on this probability score I Jesper did not even wanna purchase the product due to the very high chance of losing my investment.
based on the online information you can find upon this company and the owners of the company and the owners of the web site, what are the odds that the indefinite use of toonbee.ai will either be really non-qualitative or will go away permanently within 6 months?
Based on all available online information about Toonbee.ai and its operators, the odds that the service will either be of poor quality or become unavailable within the next 6 months appear to be very high.
🧐 Key Findings on Company & Owners
The company behind Toonbee.ai, Insta App SRL, is a black box. No public information is available about its founders, team, funding, or track record. The only tangible information points to the website itself:
Extremely New Domain: The domain toonbee.ai was created on February 4, 2026, making it only about 4-5 months old at the time of this analysis. This is a major red flag for a service asking for a "lifetime" payment.
Hidden Ownership: The domain owner is hidden behind a privacy service provided by Dynadot, the registrar. This lack of transparency makes it impossible to verify the credibility of the company or hold anyone accountable.
⚠️ Significant Red Flags from User Experiences
The warning signs from users are the strongest indicators of the service's likely fate:
"Bait and Switch" Pricing: A user on ScamWatcher reported that a $52 "lifetime access" deal was followed by immediate upsells for a voiceover and "Pro" plan, costing an extra $115. Even after paying the total of $167, they were then confronted with a requirement to pay for monthly credits just to use the product. This makes the "lifetime" label meaningless.
Refund Process is a "Nightmare": The same user described their refund request as being stalled by support, despite explicitly meeting the stated refund policy conditions (within 60 days and less than 50% of credits used).
Low Trust Scores: Independent trust-scoring platforms consistently rate the site as suspicious, with scores like 59/100, 63/100, and 2/5 due to the recent domain registration and lack of reliable reviews. FranceVerif also noted a "null score" for reviews and a popularity rank of 1/100.
🔮 Assessment of Your Specific Concerns
1. Will the service be non-qualitative?
Odds: Very High. The user report confirms the core product is not what is advertised ("lifetime access is meaningless if you still need to pay monthly"). The lack of verifiable customer cases or independent reviews of the actual video quality, combined with the aggressive sales tactics, strongly suggests the product does not live up to its promises.
2. Will the service "go away permanently" within 6 months?
Odds: High.
The Fair Use Policy Trap: The Terms of Service include a "Fair Use Policy" that can define even a single user's manual usage as "excessive" if it falls into the top 0.5% of users[citation:4 in previous turn]. This is a legal tool to terminate or restrict your access without providing a refund.
The Start-Up Survival Odds: Most new startups fail. A service with a brand-new domain, no visible team, no proven business model, and already employing questionable sales tactics is statistically much more likely to shut down or be abandoned by its creators.
The Discontinuation Clause: The ToS explicitly reserves the right to discontinue the service at any time[citation:4 in previous turn]. This is not a theoretical risk; it is a standard clause that becomes highly relevant for a shaky new venture.
💡 Summary and Final Assessment
Considering the extremely young age of the company, its complete lack of verifiable public identity, and the documented, highly problematic experiences of early users, the evidence paints a very clear picture:
This is a high-risk, low-reliability product. The promotional language is not aligned with the actual user experience or the legal terms.
Early days, but first impressions are encouraging
It's very early days for me with Toonbee.ai, but first impressions are encouraging. I managed to generate a promotional video for the subject of my next book and put it up on my YouTube channel quite quickly, while learning to be more careful with my scene descriptions, etc.!
I found out about the AI credits after my purchase. I wouldn’t have purchased this if I had known beforehand.
I found out about the AI credits after I purchased toonbee. It was a complete surprise because I could only make a a very limited number of AI videos. The ‘lifetime’ purchase is a fraud. After you use up your AI credits you have to buy more in order to generate more AI videos. Even then you will still eventually run out of AI credits and won’t be able to make more AI videos. What you end up with is a simple video editor like IMovies, which is free. This company thinks it is clever by not being transparent before the purchase, then when you ask for your ‘hassle free refund’ they bombard you with free upgrades and additional credits, but that just delays the inevitable problem of running out of AI credits. They also kept sending me long detailed explanations about ‘what they meant’ when they said it was a one time, lifetime payment. That was just to have the platform, but the ability to generate AI videos was very limited.
This company really doesn’t know how to do business. I’m sure they are making money with this business model because many people are fooled. I hope they get closed down soon.
very productive for business application

Great Program for Animated Videos
I have had an excellent experience with ToonBee. I have also saw many of the recommendation I have made implemented as well as fixes, which has improved my experience. I wish that sending a support ticket could be done within the applications. I also wish that their Youtube channel was more tutorial based rather than display what it can do. Other than that, I am satisfied.
It's very nice app & enhance your capacity and skill provides imagination power brings forth your thoughts into reality within short time of frame
It's very nice app & enhance your imagination and prompt to give your best . I am blessed amen
Worthless 'No Fuss' Money Back Giarantee
I bought ToonBee after seeing YouTube adverts promoting "unlimited AI video generation", a one time purchase, and a 60 day no quibble money back guarantee. Those claims were the reason I decided to buy it. I also paid extra for the Pro upgrade to unlock additional features.
After testing it, I created just a few Seedance 2.0 videos and had almost exhausted my 500 AI credits. That immediately made me question the claim of "unlimited AI video generation".
As the software wasn't for me, I requested a refund on the same day I purchased it, under the advertised 60 day money back guarantee.
To their credit, they replied quickly, but instead of processing my refund they repeatedly tried to persuade me to keep the product by offering additional AI credits and free upgrades, including caption and voice packs. I politely declined each offer because the extras weren't the issue.
My concern was that the advertising had led me to expect unlimited AI video generation, yet the AI features were limited by a credit system.
In their replies they repeatedly explained that AI video generation requires expensive GPU processing and that this is why they use a credit system. I understand that. However, they never addressed my actual question about how that fits with the advertising claim of "unlimited AI video generation".
It has now been four days since my last email requesting a refund, and I have received no response. If they resolve this or respond, I will happily update this review.
I have just fallen in love.
I already love it — I can’t even put it into words without sounding like I’m exaggerating. It’s exactly what I’ve been wanting. There’s quite a bit to learn, but it’s just a matter of experimenting. - Like anything new, it takes time to learn.
And as for the credits — well, being creative comes at a cost. It’s worth every bit of it.
