I've enjoyed Toonbee, but I've had difficulty understanding how credits work. I've had a lot of reiterations and wish credits worked better. I've been hesitant to do more videos, but I can't complain about the quality.

I have used many video creating softwares. Some advertise really professional results, they don't give the results to a newcomer. I started with Insta Doodle, then to Clip Bee and now to Toon Bee. The others were good, but this Toon Bee is amazing! Once I got it figured out, I was blown away. I feel like I am a professional! I would recommend getting the Pro version if you really want professional stuff. If you are a teacher, the basic product is all you need.

They never sent a link to their cloud-based app. They had no trouble trying to upsell me but I checked and rechecked in my email and got a Welcome email where they tried to upsell me again to the PRO version but there was no link to the actual cloud based app. I had to ask Gemini how to access the app. The app itself is fine but the user experience during enrollment is terrible.

I’m a bit irritated that the app won’t let me bypass the review. I’ve only created 1 thing. I paid for the app and the upgrades I should be able to bypass the review popup

I found out about the AI credits after I purchased toonbee. It was a complete surprise because I could only make a a very limited number of AI videos. The ‘lifetime’ purchase is a fraud. After you use up your AI credits you have to buy more in order to generate more AI videos. Even then you will still eventually run out of AI credits and won’t be able to make more AI videos. What you end up with is a simple video editor like IMovies, which is free. This company thinks it is clever by not being transparent before the purchase, then when you ask for your ‘hassle free refund’ they bombard you with free upgrades and additional credits, but that just delays the inevitable problem of running out of AI credits. They also kept sending me long detailed explanations about ‘what they meant’ when they said it was a one time, lifetime payment. That was just to have the platform, but the ability to generate AI videos was very limited.

This company really doesn’t know how to do business. I’m sure they are making money with this business model because many people are fooled. I hope they get closed down soon.

I have had an excellent experience with ToonBee. I have also saw many of the recommendation I have made implemented as well as fixes, which has improved my experience. I wish that sending a support ticket could be done within the applications. I also wish that their Youtube channel was more tutorial based rather than display what it can do. Other than that, I am satisfied.

After testing it, I created just a few Seedance 2.0 videos and had almost exhausted my 500 AI credits. That immediately made me question the claim of "unlimited AI video generation".
