very busy day and needed last minute…
very busy day and needed last minute goods to finish on Friday afternoon. Try to order online for my staff and am informed i need to update password. Half hour later still not on, online chat useless and requesting details i only have on the account i now cant access. absolutely infuriating. ended up driving to merchant and spent there instead. sort it out you muppets, think what you need to offer for trades working on the phone!!

Great product poor delivery info.
Thicknessing planner is great. Does what is supposed to and well made.
Zero feedback from toolstation with delivery details, no info on account only is finalised.
Called customer services who informed me it would be delivered that day. Had to take day off to insure it was collected.
No track and trace and came via 3rd party delivery arranged by postNL.
Happy I have it but delivery notification and tracking is needed. Otherwise would be 5 stars.
