Following a Google search I found just what I wanted at a competitive price. Before ordering my "SMJ Rolling Ball" extension cable I read their reviews, so I knew I was buying from a trustworthy source - and they didn't disappoint!

Replacement, with no quibbles, received on the 2nd, one normal working day later.

The product I ordered was wrongly advertised and is useless for my work. I emailed twice to cancel the order with no reply. 2 weeks later the package turns up at my house that I have to pay to return now and try and get my refund.

A great Fold-a-Way work bench. Have had a few over the years, and this is by far the best of the B&D range that iv`e used. My last was the WM536 which was also a good bit of kit, but one of the site Labradors reversed over it with a DumpTruck! I think his NVQ certs must mean "Not Very
Qualifed! Delivery was fast as well, so i would recommend if your looking for a versatle work bench.

I ordered a spare part for a Trend router jig and received a prompt efficient service.

I selected Toollineuk on the basis that it was the most reasonably-priced supplier of the item I wanted. This arrived promptly by post, so I've no quibble with the service I received.

Ordered paid for refunded because they could not be bothered to find someone to deliver my mucking out forks this experience has cost me time and money as I have had to buy my items from MP TOOLS at extra cost this is very poor for an online company to say they can not post items over 1 meter why put them on sale if they can not supply anything over this length.
