I’ve had TGTO bags in the past and always been really pleased with the contents. What I got from Gail’s last night was a disgrace and couldn’t possibly be worth the £15 claimed. One very very stale baton that went straight in the bin and three indifferent cakes.Someone needs to find out what their branches are doing. I doubt the head office would sanction such appalling service.

If you are expecting a bag full of cooked meals this is NOT a the deal for you. All I received was a single drink. The drink was delicious, but not worth what I paid for the deal.

I have not used 2goodtogo for a few months as the quality,variety and quantity had dipped massively. I should have stayed away. Received 2 pasties and a burnt croissant. Bear in mind these were items that were on their sell by date and had been sat in the heater all day, so expected more variety and more generally. The pasties tasted ok for something that had been heated to within an inch of it's life and the croissant was inedible. Atheist I gave it another go.

Worth getting.
The surprise bags were fresh from the oven and tasted about as good as you could get. One was a cheese pizza and the other was cheesy bread sticks. I would recommend getting the surprise bags for a real treat.

Store was closed and hours wrong
App appears to be user friendly; however, the actual real-life experience was a total bust. I drove to the business to collect the order at 8:30 PM Sunday and discovered a locked building, lights off, and posted store ours indicated a 6:30 PM closing time. Wasted my gas and time and STILL seeing this same offer being posted daily with erroneous info. Why hasn’t this been rectified?

Disappointing value for money
Disappointing value for money. I purchased a produce surprise bag from The Fresh Market, but the contents were worth only about $6- 8, despite me paying $10. It feels like the store used the platform to offload excess inventory at my expense rather than providing the promised value. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I do not feel I received a fair deal for my money.
