App appears to be user friendly; however, the actual real-life experience was a total bust. I drove to the business to collect the order at 8:30 PM Sunday and discovered a locked building, lights off... See more

Our mission? To make sure good food gets eaten, not wasted. Every day, delicious, fresh food goes to waste at cafés, restaurants, hotels, shops and manufacturers - just because it hasn’t sold in time. Fantastic bag of goodies from Greggs. Full to the brim, a nice selection of sandwiches, sausage rolls and doughnuts. Very happy with my purchase!
I didn’t get the food. 9:00pm Pizza Hut had no idea what I was talking about. Kept asking if I had the correct store, they did not have my order number even after I showed them my email receipt and the receipt from the app. I accepted the pickup in the app but it did not show in Pizza Huts system. Manager said I need to ask Too Good to Go for a refund. Majestic Theater was closed when I got there at 8:20pm during the pickup window. I was refunded for that. Overall terrible customer service and will never use this app again, do not recommend. Got scammed of my $4.99 from Pizza Hut and $4.99 from Majestic Theater in the same night.

Easy to use and a great way to reduce food waste
I went in on my schedule time to pick up my order and I knew it was going to be pasta. I waited in line and it was pretty busy but when it was my turn, they handed me a bag that was pretty heavy. When I got home and I looked at it, it was spaghetti, covered in Alfredo sauce. there was another small container with it when I opened it. It was cut up pieces of bread with some type of icing on it. It was hard as a rock. I actually had to throw it away. Don’t get me wrong on this restaurant, I have dined in there many many times and the food is wonderful but what they pass out and leftover stuff just is terrible. I will never go back again for something on this food app.

I was a bit disappointed by the fact that half the items from my Harris Farm bag were on the Use By date and I had to throw three items away as they were already tasting off and fizzing slightly.... there was a pizza which was best before July 22 (and it was July 26). I am happy to purchase and expect 1-2 days to eat the food, but not to buy food which is obviously unsafe to eat.

I've only used this app a couple of times but so far, I am not impressed. The first time I just got a box of doughnuts, which was really disappointing, because I'm not crazy about doughnuts. I was hoping there would be a couple of bagels or possibly a sandwich. The second time I used this app it was to get pizza. 2 very thin slices of cold pizza. So far not very impressed. I will still use the app a few more times at different places.

Even though I arrived early, and the app hadn't updated, the proprietor told me exactly what I needed to do -- even as someone who never used the service as a customer himself -- and when I got home, the app updated and everything went perfectly.
The haul was all still Best by, and I was given 5 muffins and a loaf of bread for CAD$6.99. The muffins were a bit rich, and the Kids White loaf was a bit salty, like baking soda, or baking powder which has baking soda and salt in it. I now understand why we have to put salt warnings on bread in Canada.
Warnings bedammed! My dietician told me that the voluntary sodium warnings exist just to let you know that there are better options available.
Cue me eating eating youghurt and berries for breakfast for a week..
And so there it is: Rich, sweet muffins and salty white bread. 4 Stars
Very good! The product was great, I bought pretzels 🥨 on “phillys pretzels factory “ they were fresh, and all my friends enjoyed them. However in my area there aren’t many stores that participate in tgtg all of them are far from my house , so I have to think twice to get the products.
Always great selections and a great price!
Staff helpful & pleasant
Food very good and plenty of !
A nice experience with tasty quality different cuisine !
We look forward to new offers as they are available. The value is great, plus we get to be food rescue heroes.
The description did not match what I received. The description said a bakers dozen which is 13 and I received 9. They were very good but I believe you should change the description to 9 instead of a bakers dozen.

I was no impressed eith clerk who helped me. He did not seem to care and only offered a couple options....definitely not what I thought I was expecting
Already uninstalled the app and not going to order anything again in future. Got actually expired macaroons and some other stuff with it. Not worth saving $

Surprise bag Costa four things in bag plain croissant, choc twist, dirty broken lemon tart that I won't risk and a Bakewell that I don't like. Bought having seen people in my regular store get them and they were given a choice, I wasn't. Each item wrapped in a separate bag then despite saying had own bag a paper carrier. Doesn't owe me anything but can't for life of me see how it's saving planet. By time factored in petrol to collect and gas or electric to reheat the stale pastries just a waste of time. Bloke said to me to stand to one side when showed app saying not fair on customers, like I was a beggar, only serving me in turn when bought large latte as well. Will likely go in bin though may get car out and go to homeless hand out and give it to them though really is too stale without reheating. Received a reply from company saying to go through the app instead, really couldn't be bothered but wanted to help others so tried. It's a bot and I had to start from scratch again but these bots don't understand my English, I'm English, so I gave up, admittedly didn't try very long, life's too short

Really nice selection of foods. Top quality bakery shop pies, a really nice sliced loaf, egg mayo and sliced egg sub roll and two cream fingers made a great variety of goodies for the price paid.
