Horrible betting site. I joined up I was about 30e up just betting 10e stakes and once I got up they started limiting my stakes to 5e. I tried to cash out my 80e winning and they made it so difficult and awkward asking for screenshots of bank statements just for 80e. I gave up and they can keep the money.

Poor clarification on limit increases. Great games and payouts are super fast, the only issue is that when you want to increase your limits you get the runaround. I was told once that no one monitors them, you have to reach out, that when you do it takes 48 hours to send an email, once you get the email, it takes another 48 hours to reset to your increased desire. So I have been missing out on promos, and free games, building coins, and what not. Each agent tells me one thing, but the gist of it all, no one does there job in the increase departments. Most sites take 24 hours. Still have not gotten my increase limit and it’s been a week now.
