I have been a paying customer of TonyBet and never had any issues until I participated in one of their own marketing promotions.
The promotion awarded points through a card-pack system. I simply opened the packs that TonyBet provided, and the points were credited automatically by their system. Shortly afterward, I discovered that my account had been restricted from bonuses and promotions.
I contacted support multiple times and provided screenshots showing exactly how the points were awarded. Rather than explaining the situation, support repeatedly sent generic responses stating that they could not discuss individual cases or provide specific details.
What I find disappointing is not the restriction itself. Companies have the right to enforce their terms and conditions. What concerns me is the complete lack of transparency. If a customer is restricted based on activity generated by a promotion that the company itself provided, there should at least be a meaningful explanation.
Instead, every request for clarification was met with the same template response.
A good company is judged not by how it treats customers when everything is going well, but by how it handles legitimate concerns. In my experience, TonyBet was happy to accept deposits but unwilling to provide clear answers when a problem arose.
I encourage prospective customers to carefully consider this experience before investing significant time or money on the platform.

The worst online experience i ever had. I make an account, i verify it witj documents, i try my wealthsimple card they say its not my card or some third party story that makes no sens, then they say my documents are concerning and they put a loss limit of 200$ on my account and i deposited 100$ so it gave me 200$ with my bonus. I try to ask chat agent if he can remove the loss limit, he cant. I have to answer some gambling addict questions and note that i did not even played so far. Its all so bad its unbeleivable. Now i try to get back my money and they put my interac pending.

Messed up withdrawals
I didn’t realize I needed to provide ID verification and my withdrawals were canceled. There is still $60 not paid but everyone I talk is trying to make me believe it was paid. Mostly because they are two lazy to truly look into it. Oh and coincidentally my betting history from that time period is unavailable to me. What a scam!
