Two years ago 3 of my best friends turned 30 and to mark the occasion I got them all a 30 year sweatshirts in their favourite colours. The idea of having something that will last you for that long felt like a special sentiment for a milestone birthday! There was a bit of a delivery delay but Debs was great in keeping me posted and everyone was really pleased with their jumpers!

I purchased 3 of the 30 year tee shirts and they have become absolute staples of my wardrobe. They are incredibly comfortable and you can tell they are made from quality materials. I especially appreciate the brand’s goal of sustainability via reducing clothing waste. This is a hugely underestimated source of waste, and it feels great to purchase some quality items that I know will last longer. I highly recommend!

I was definitely satisfied with the quality of Tom cridland products, especially the “30 Years” collection. The sustainable concept, which is used to great effect in advertising, obviously really does lead to convincing clothes in terms of cut, colors and feel.
Even if there were sometimes problems with customer service, in my case Tom Cridland always responded to complaints and solved problems to my complete satisfaction

The promise of longevity was fulfilled for the products I ordered.
Tom Cridland himself has always responded to complaints, e.g. with personal apologies and offers of free replacement products or repairs. This shows an effort to solve problems, even if communication is sometimes delayed. Nevertheless, thank you for the years of customer contact all the time.

I have had your sweatshirt for several years now and it has been washed many times and still keeps its colour and shape.
Good to wear something that lasts.

About 7 years ago I bought a pair of Tom Cridland denim pants, that ought to last 30ys. I wear them ever since and in fact they still look fresh. The fit is everlasting as well. I wear them since before my child was born and they still fit, though my body changed a lot. There is not a single hole in fabric, even at the weak spots (I bike a lot and most Demin would tear appart on the inner tighs and inner hemline)
I remember the shipping and taxes to have been quiet expensive (paid more than the Denims themselves), but it was worth it. I never experienced such a sustainable piece of clothing.

I’ve had 2 TC items for around 10 years now: a 30y crewneck jumper and a 30y T-shirt.

The crewneck has aged really well - colour is still retaining well, no pilling of the fabric, and the elastic around the collar hasn’t rumpled and is holding its shape really well. It’s quite a stiff shape after it’s come out of the wash & dried; material is warm but I wouldnt describe it as soft. The arms are a ‘slender’ fit and can’t roll up when it’s warm.
It is still a regular feature of my autumn/winter wardrobe each year and being such a classic cut goes with a broad spectrum of outfits. Fits true to size. No faults or signs of wear!
The T-shirt is one of my most-worn T-shirts and is still gets donned regularly. It is soft and flexible; quite a lightweight summer Tee. Arms and body are ‘short’ - fit is marginally undersize so I could possibly wear a medium. Only fault it has developed is that the material is coming away at all 4 corners where the neck label sits, but it’s not gotten any worse over the last 3, 4 years.

The quality of the items is very high and it is easy to see why the 30 year guarantee was offered. The jumpers and T-shirts and Xmas special jumper I have are still holding its quality after many ill treatments. The selection of colours will suit anyone. If you can't find your favourite colour then the colour doesn't exist such is the breadth of items. Would highly recommend indeed.

I was an original backer of the 30 year sweatshirt, and still have it. Sadly I've outgrown this now, but it stood me well for the years that I wore it. I also have a Tom Cridland shirt which is great quality and fit.

Great t-shirt! I've owned and used the t-shirt for many years and it still looks great! Would definitely buy again. Highly recommend.

Having complained about quality of my shirt and delays in delivery on this site, I received an email from Customer Service and subsequently received a couple of free products. These are good quality and I’ll likely buy again. Good that they addressed my complaint.

Fairplay to Tom Cridland, after my previous complaint they have resolved the problem quickly and efficiently.

Edited review: After ordering a sweatshirt that didn’t arrive nearly as quickly as the website stated I sent multiple emails trying to confirm my order over the space of two weeks to the company with no initial response. I have however received some communication from both Debs and Tom, personally explaining a delay with my item and informing me I will receive the sweatshirt over the next week while apologising for the non communication which I greatly appreciate. As someone who is fully supportive of more sustainable clothing I am willing to overlook the initial error. Thanks to Debs and Tom for their help.

Further edit: Sweatshirt received and it’s lovely, really good quality so after a bit of delay the guys at TC came good and threw in a complimentary T-shirt for the delay. Thanks Tom and Debs.

I ordered a sweater a month ago, have not received it. Still chasing tom cridland up, have tried everything instagram, email etc. no answer. I am UK based would not recommend! I think its a scam!

Update 2 November: Still no sweater, but received a complimentary tshirt for the delay, so not a scam. Updated from 1 to 2 stars.
